Nice clean, modern hotel.
Breakfast offer was very good.Would be nice if breakfast commenced earlier for guests that need to leave early morning Western restaurant was closed.

對一個高檔酒店來説真的表現太差了。從進門開始門口的工作人員就有一種莫名的傲嬌，完全沒有服務態度可言。有一説一，前台接待服務態度真的蠻好的。除了前台其他差的一塌糊塗，下午五點左右入住然後打算去二樓西餐廳吃東西，結果明明是營業時間卻不營業，又去四樓中餐廳用餐，一聽衹有兩人要坐大廳好像熱情喪失似的。點了四個菜，上餐具的時候連基本的輕拿輕放都沒有，筷子都差點甩地上。等着等着又被告知其中兩個菜沒有，於是打算出去隨便吃點，走的時候連句不好意思都沒有，服務真的是差到極點。衞生情況也是差的讓人無語，一進房間門就有一股異味，淋浴室下水道堵了。然後房間灰塵真是嚴重，最無語的是洗漱台邊上居然有一根用過了的牙簽。這就是攜程五鑽水平？

缺點：衞生不好，房間內沙發上有明顯污漬，並且入住第一天沙發上還有沒有清理的塑料包裝袋；空調聲音非常響，即使最低模式都轟隆隆的吵的無法睡覺；早餐一般般，除了鍋蓋麪外其餘無任何亮點。
優點：衞生間比較大，乾濕分離做得不錯，洗浴備品用起來還可以。
總之十一期間800一晚的價格不值。

房間很臟，地毯和床角落全是灰，浴巾毛巾太臟，雖然不用，看着很不舒服，衞生間浴缸一樣石材一個大破洞，也沒有修好，衞生間窗簾都卡在頂上下不來，我老公爬上去用手動拉下來的，房間進去味道很大，外賣進來，要到樓下去拿，不帶卡進不了電梯，費用不算低，雙床650左右一晚，地下室到電梯，臭的噁心想吐。超級差評！

房間升級了，不錯。但是酒店的軟件和酒店的星級不匹配，工作人員的素質參差不齊，個別工作人員服務態度和意識很差，可以説是我住過的國內外酒店服務最差的地方酒店，另外酒店的早餐也差，品種少得可憐，而且數量也少，8點鐘到餐廳，很多東西都見底了，也不加

這家酒店的服務真的非常好，免費升級了零壓房，睡得特別舒適。交通便利，離景點，客運站都很近，中式裝修很好，前台小姐姐人美嘴甜態度也好！很棒的入住體驗，推薦。退房還送了小禮物，值得居住！

酒店非常乾淨，設施也比較新，洗漱用品拖鞋等也是應有盡有。隔音也比較好。地理位置也不錯，購物吃飯方便，距離各個景點也不遠。前台服務員熱情好客。早餐豐富。地下停車場免費停車方便。缺點就是空調聲音有點大，淋浴下水慢，有些堵。
