房間寬敞明亮、乾淨衞生。窗外就是舞水，江景很好看，尤其夜景。房間裏設備齊全，有USB電源插口，還有洗衣液，連香爐都有。早餐品種也很多，適合不同口味。酒店離懷化機場和芷江站都很近，10分鐘的車程，還可以安排接機接站。從酒店到古老的龍津風雨橋，或是商業區和夜市，都是步行的距離。如果有時間，還可以參觀隔江斜對面的的天后宮。酒店餐廳的菜品好吃實惠。酒店和餐廳的服務都超出預期。每次到芷江都會住這家酒店。

我們今次出外旅遊，選擇了山水大酒店，是正確的選擇，首先是是酒店的設施完備，乾淨衞生，地理位置很好，就在江邊，晚上能看到燈光夜景，早上還有很多人在游泳跑步，距離風雨橋又不遠，服務員態度非常非常的好，安排了三樓的江邊房，還免費贈送了我們早餐，不要看早餐金額是20元，但還是非常豐富的。總體評價五星。

房間寬敞明亮，大玻璃窗觀江景很捧，房間佈置古香古色，設施齊全，衞生良好，衞生間乾濕分離，酒店有專用停車場，前台服務熱情，晚間免費送的紅豆粥甜甜的口感非常好，早餐品種多且可口，離龍津風雨橋和天后宮都不遠，夜晚江邊橋上的燈光秀很美，總之，各方面都很好，是值得推薦的酒店。

又一次毫無懸念的選擇此酒店，設施、衞生、環境、服務如每次評價的那樣，在芷江應該是讓我最滿意的那家酒店。前台温馨提示是否要車接送高鐵，更讓入住客人享受賓至如歸愜意。透過窗户，潕水河寧靜清澈，浣紗女與古風雨橋組成了一幅山水畫卷。

設施：設施齊全，備品用着也都不錯，房間很大，商務出差也很合適。地理位置也很優越，房間是觀景房，景色特別好。
這幾天遊玩下來，鳳凰，茶峒，芷江，住的最滿意的就是這裏。
衞生：整體很乾凈，拖鞋很舒服，牙刷也是軟毛的。毛巾也很乾凈。
環境：出門沒多遠就是風雨橋，這個位置超級棒，環境更不用説了，特別好。
服務：服務人員很熱情，還有接送機服務，我從懷化南坐上高鐵才聯繫的，本來衹是試一下能不能來高鐵站接，結果可以，而且我到了芷江站沒多久車就來了，送機提前一晚上約的，司機準時到達，司機也很熱情，服務態度特別好，聊天過程中都能感覺到他對自己工作酒店的熱愛自己工作的熱愛。
晚間還送了銀耳紅棗粥。
早餐也很棒，早去的話還有環境位置坐，早餐裏有本地特色的粉，吃着也很好吃。
如果你來芷江旅遊住宿的話，一定要選擇這裏。

看到網上好評慕名而來，預訂了兩天，住的很滿意，芷江縣城數一數二的好酒店，幫忙洗衣還免費接送站，有求必應，還免費送了早餐，晚上有晚安羹，非常貼心，有朋友來會推薦入住！

房間很乾凈，靠近河流～坐在房間裏就能享受夜景。
早餐也很好吃～讓我最喜歡的就是居然有免費接送服務，簡直不要太棒了！！大家去芷江玩真的推薦這家酒店！！！！他們家的飯菜也可以！想吃芷江鴨的在這裏吃就可以了～

房間很乾凈整潔，訂的無早餐標間，到店給升級了房間，並且還提供了早餐。房間依江而建，江景視野開闊，晚上坐在房間就能看到對岸的燈光秀。位置很好，去幾個景點都很方面。晚上玩完回來房間裏備了兩碗小米粥，沒想到離店時還送了兩瓶水一個小鏡子和掛件，服務很好，下次來還會選這裏。
