It's very convenient, just one stop away by bus from the high-speed rail station. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped me upgrade my room type for free. She also said that in order to further ensure the safety of guests, they have set up an elevator control system. People without room cards cannot go to the accommodation floor, which is good. The new hotel facilities are quite new and the experience is good. I will come again next time.

The hotel is in a good location, 10 minutes drive from the high-speed rail station. Opposite is the Wanda Plaza business district, shopping and eating are very convenient. Since I don't smoke, the front desk patiently changed the non-smoking room, and upgraded the room type, and sent welcome fruit every day. Although the breakfast sample is not as good as the top global five-star, it is small and exquisite, each dish tastes very good, the feeling of preparation is very careful, looking forward to seeing you next time.

We had a great stay at the hotel, but they should not call a 5 stars hotel. We loved our villa and private pool. We had to spend the first two days asking them to fix and clean things, which detracted from our holiday experience. These things should be anticipated In Preperation for guests. It was a shame we had to spend the first two days sorting out issues in a 5 star hotel. Once we settled in to the villa and had things sorted we really enjoyed our villa. The pool and gym facilities are great. The bar looks amazing but the staff are not trained. Other guests who we spoke to went to nearby hotels for food and drink as the food and drink served at the hotel was terrible. This is ok as the hotels near by have great food and happy hours.

Bringing children to play, the first time I stayed at this hotel, the hotel location is very good to find, not far from the high-speed rail station and Wanda, there are many snack bars and clothing stores downstairs, the room environment is also very good, I like their bed very comfortable to sleep, and also prepared children's toiletries for the children. The service is also very good, the porridge at night is very good, the children have drunk a big cup, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, the price is also very favorable

Spacious and clean room. Hotel a bit tricky to find bit good location and close to the train station. Overall a good experience. Got asked though during checkin if I stayed by myself which is not a super comfortable question to get as a female solo traveller but probably rather due to our language barrier.

The hotel room was very spacious, clean and modern. The hotel has a small convenience store inside/in the lobby providing necessities. We booked a room with a land mark view which was not provided, or could not be provided since there is no actual land mark around the hotel itself, so it should not be listed as such. Hotel is located next to a mall/ pedestrian street with food stalls, but it seems like the mall itself is closed or partially closed, probably because of chinese new year. It can be very loud during the day and during the night, due to it also being located next to bars. Also there is a big screen playing ads until late in the evening, which can also be heard in the hotel room. Although there are smoking prohibited signs in the rooms (atleast in our room that was stated as a non-smoking room) and in the elevators, it smelled like cigarettes all the time and pretty much everywhere, even on the bedding itself, so if you are a non smoker or sensitive to smells, you should probably check with staff beforehand.
