This is my first time to Putuo Mountain , LP staff is very helpful along my trip because i can’t read Chinese…this hotel was perfect, will recommend to friends & family

Excellent. The quality is really good compared to the price. The breakfast is very decent. The cake at the cafe is nice. Complimentary tea & cookies at the lobby are very good. When we saw the tea table at the business corner. We instantly fell in love with it and asked the receptionist to use it. Too bad that it’s private and not in use. But she offered to bring tea set to our room for us too. Full Chinese tea set. I’m totally mind blowing. The best hotel and area I’m staying so far during my trip to China (Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Xi’an)

Very sad to comment that it’s a horrible experience at this time. Room rate doubles but it’s quite different from the one which we stayed one year before. What happened?

Three people booked a family room. The small bed was a sofa bed, which was OK for three people. The room was relatively large, and the two sides were glass for good lighting. The price per person was over 200 yuan, including breakfast, so it was a good value for money.

There is also a robot to deliver goodnight milk at night. The only drawback is that the water flow for the shower is not very strong. By the way, I like the front desk staff. I paid 30 yuan more for the room when I arrived at the store, and I didn’t know it. Hehe, the clerk refunded it to me through Alipay when I left. The service is really great... Hampton by Hilton Zhoushan Putuo has complete facilities and a good location. It is surrounded by green environment and is very suitable for self-driving. It is very close to Zhujiajian and Banshengdong Wharf, and it is very convenient to go to Dongji Island and Putuo Mountain. The hotel room is clean and tidy. The service is warm and thoughtful. We didn't have time to have breakfast, so the restaurant prepared hot bread, bean buns, eggs and fruits for us to pack. Because I couldn't find my phone in a hurry, I thought I lost it in the hotel room. I called the hotel and asked the front desk. The front desk said that he must ask the waiter to look for it carefully, so please rest assured. Later, the taxi driver picked it up. But the hotel front desk still called to ask if we found it, and we felt very warm and happy. I was very moved by the high-quality service spirit of your hotel, which is anxious for the guests, and gave it a five-star rating and thumbs up.
