Very nice hotel, with free parking lot, plenty of parking spaces, excellent environment, and very polite staff. It rained when I went there, and they offered umbrellas. Most importantly, it is pet-friendly, worth recommending. I will try other room types next time if I have the chance.

Private soup double bed room/865/night, including breakfast for 2 people, and finally stayed in Ruoshui room. At the beginning, everything from hardware to service was perfect. I checked in at about 7:30 in the evening, and immediately filled the room to prepare for the hot spring bath. From here on, there was endless speechlessness and regret. At about 10:30 in the evening, I had finished washing and the indoor bathtub bath was over. The private soup pool in the yard was not full yet. The pool was very large. Water came out on the left, and the right was already cold. The outlet was the same size as the faucet at home. After reporting to the front desk, a big sister came and said to help refill the water. I kept repeating that I should remember to turn off the water and fill the water at night, and don't let it run all night. We saw that it was too late and it was cold, so we turned off the water and drained it. The next morning at about 8 o'clock, we continued to drain the water. I thought that since I didn't soak last night, I had to soak before leaving in the morning. I had booked a private hot spring, so I had to experience it. The drain period was estimated to be 2-3 hours, so we went to the front desk to book the Temple of Wealth. Basically, as soon as we walked into the Temple of Wealth, the WeChat customer service called and asked me if I had not turned off the water all night and the water was running all the time. I explained that I had not, and then I drained it. After a while, they called me again and said that I couldn't drain the water like this. Our water is not a hot spring, but boiled. Let the elder sister help me drain the water... The whole incident was speechless. I am not a person who wastes water resources, because the pool is too big and can't be filled with hot water. The point is that I can't take a bath, not constantly urging me to turn off the water and questioning whether I was wasting water. I thought it was fine, but after this, I went to the front desk to communicate, and asked me to take a bath in another room, and finally I took a bath before leaving the hotel. If this room cannot be used for bathing, it should not be displayed when booking. It is a private bath. It really ruined my goodwill. 2. Before entering the hotel, I used points on Ctrip to redeem the delayed check-out at 14:00, and the page also showed that the hotel had confirmed it. However, at 13:00 the next day, the front desk met us and said sorry to urge us to check out. We had already delayed the check-out time, and the check-out time was 12:00, and there was no such thing as 14:00. I explained the confirmation of Ctrip's delay, but the front desk ignored me, just looked at me and said nothing. Moreover, it felt like I was a rogue and didn't leave, which was embarrassing and angry. Since there is no such privilege, don't show that there is such a service on the order. 3. The last thing that made people speechless was lunch. I thought that the breakfast was good, so I had lunch in the restaurant at noon. The magical thing was that I could only order a set meal, 2-3 people meal/288, braised beef with wild vegetables, Heihe carp meatballs, stir-fried meat with peppers, seasonal vegetables, rice, and sweet wine. 300 yuan can be eaten, but it was incredible to have only these few dishes. Do you have to get beef and fish? I asked if I could order a few home-cooked dishes separately, but they said no, only set meals. I came to experience the private hot spring in the B&B. Home-cooked food should be a must. The breakfast is so rich and there are so many dishes. How can there be no vegetables for lunch? Overall, it is too different from the one in Lantian. The experience is not good. It is better to go to the hot spring hotel opposite. I went there a few years ago and it was also okay.

I went to this hotel for the reputation of private hot springs, but after a long time, it was just ordinary hot water, not hot spring water. The private hot spring was running for more than an hour and it was not even halfway through. The weather outside was cold, and the water was almost cold, so it was impossible to soak in it. Tourists who want to experience private hot springs should give up this idea as soon as possible. The rooms with private hot springs are more than 200 more expensive than ordinary ones. There were not enough cleaning staff during the Chinese New Year. We booked two rooms, one for check-in at 2 o'clock, and the other at 4:30. The breakfast was also ordinary. The children's playground was a mess and no one cleaned it up. I will not come again in the future

This is my second time to visit Zhaogong's hometown. The environment is beautiful. The houses are all antique designs and the decoration is also very tasteful. It is very suitable for large family gatherings. The service here is also very good. Every waiter greets with a smile. The questions raised are solved quickly. Seeing that there are many people and the rooms are scattered, he specially helped us upgrade the room type and unified the rooms into one villa. I had a pleasant day.
