第二次來，沒有第一次滿意
直接説問題點：
第一，2002房的智能馬桶是壞的，這個體驗感直線下降，
第二，電視投屏不能用，害我球賽沒看成，
第三，電話讓多送一份沐浴露，天亮也沒送到
總體來説沒有去年剛開業那麼好了

新開的酒店來體驗了一下，第一感覺服務很好，大廳銷售夏輝熱情的接待了我們，辦理入住的前台梅孫蓉服務很細心，還有前廳的崔東琴退房送了小禮品，房間乾淨，衞生，設施齊全，房間裝修高端大氣上檔次，出差住這裏很方便。

來東台出差看到這家新開的酒店，房間設施齊全，環境優美，大的落地窗夜景很美，前廳崔經理全程5星的服務，還有幫忙拿行李的卓榮，退房了還有送禮物的客户王靜，每個人服務都很熱情周到，餐廳的自助早餐品種很多，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒適，以後會經常來的。
