Artyzen Habitat Hengqin Zhuhai

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to Hengqin Port, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The view from the room is also beautiful. However, there's one thing: when I first entered the room, there was a very strong smell – I'm not sure if it was from renovation or something else. I had to keep the window open the entire time. I also don't understand why you have to notify staff to open the window. Another point is that the room was located next to the elevator lobby, so it could be a bit noisy at times. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. While the breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety, it was quite refined and sufficient.

Our Macau trip ended up being delayed due to some document issues. We originally booked one night at this hotel. Then we decided to spend an extra day at Zhuhai Chimelong, so we booked another night here. After all, it's very close and convenient for taking the ferry, offering great value for money. Free Minibar: includes 1 coke, 1 soda water.

This was my first time staying at Artyzen Grand Lapa, and I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient it is to get to Macau, with 24-hour border crossing. After a long day of exploring, it was great to be able to sleep in. The front desk service was excellent; they assigned me a room facing Ponte 16, which features unique European-style architecture – perfect for evening photos. The hotel has a very artistic vibe, with real plants everywhere. Dining in the restaurant felt like eating in a jungle, which was a lovely experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The facilities are excellent, with a laundry room, washing machine, dryer, and iron all available. The service is also great; the staff proactively helped with our luggage. The room layout is good too; as someone who needs a daily coffee fix, I really appreciated it! They even thoughtfully provided two bottles of room-temperature mineral water. Most importantly, the location is fantastic, perfect for friends visiting Macau. You can see the night view of the Macau Peninsula right from the shore. I've already recommended it to my friends, highly recommended!

Purely stayed here for Ocean Kingdom. It's a very business-oriented hotel, right next to Hengqin Port. The service was great, but I found the bathroom door design a bit confusing – if someone was showering, another person couldn't open the toilet door.

This hotel is right next to the Hengqin Port, which is super convenient. The rooms are designed in a modern style, and the soundproofing is excellent. The breakfast spread is generous, and they have their own parking lot. It's definitely my top choice for hotels when traveling to and from Macau.
