The St. Regis Zhuhai

The St. Regis Zhuhai is centrally located and very close to Macau 🇲🇴. From the hotel lobby, you can see Macau, including iconic landmarks like the Macau Tower and Grand Lisboa Casino! The hotel's design is stunning, featuring extensive use of marble, crystal chandeliers, and grand oil paintings, exuding an old-money, luxurious style. The entire hotel is beautiful, a true work of art! Breakfast was also quite good, plentiful and delicious! Facilities: Excellent and well-equipped Hygiene: Clean and sanitary Environment: First-class ambiance Service: Warm and attentive I highly recommend this hotel; it's luxurious and beautiful, truly the Astor Mansion of Zhuhai!

1. **Hardware/Amenities:** The classic European decor really embodies the St. Regis brand. The most impressive features were definitely the TV and sound system – B&O equipment, likely six-figure (CNY) value. I've stayed at many top-tier hotels, even those costing upwards of ten thousand (CNY) a night, and none have invested this much in their TVs. The screen casting and music playback were excellent. The mattress was on the softer side, and quite comfortable. A suggestion: it would be great if the toilet could be upgraded to a smart toilet and the hairdryer to a Dyson to match the premium quality of the TV. 2. **Service:** Our butler, MiaLu, was very responsive to messages and solved issues promptly. We noticed there were some system issues at the hotel, and they kindly offered a complimentary fruit platter. The afternoon tea, which we redeemed with the 400 (CNY) credit they provided, was also delicious. Thumbs up for the service. 3. **Food:** Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. The in-room dining food was also quite good. Overall, it meets the usual St. Regis standards and offers great value for money. The suite is particularly good value. Recommended.

The cleanliness was just okay. The butler service, apart from being a bit slow, was good otherwise. The room decor was quite unique and very European, though a bit dated. Breakfast was decent, and for the price, it offered good value for money in Zhuhai. It would be even better if they could renovate it. They should also consider adding more staff to the butler and concierge teams to speed up service.

The room was clean and tidy with a great view and good natural light. The front desk and room service were both very attentive and thoughtful, making for a generally good overall experience. My only minor regret is that the soundproofing in the room wasn't great; I could hear guests talking as they walked past in the corridor, and the TV from the next room was clearly audible. I hope this can be improved in the future. Overall, it offers good value for money.

This might be the most affordable St. Regis in all of China. The surrounding environment is quiet, and you can see Macau across the sea. The design quality is on point, matching the St. Regis standard. I was too lazy to go downstairs for breakfast, so the butler service that delivered it to my room was a big plus. However, by luxury hotel standards, the breakfast taste was just barely passable. Also, the temperature buttons on the in-room air conditioning were printed incorrectly. I've already reported it to the front desk, so I'll see if they follow up.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and Butler Linn continues to provide thoughtful and enthusiastic service. She always has my room perfectly prepared in advance, so all I have to do is check in. The hotel's offerings are consistently excellent across the board; the rooms are spotless, and the breakfast at the restaurant is always high-quality. It's my go-to choice every time I visit Zhuhai! You can definitely trust choosing the St. Regis.

The St. Regis has great decor and lovely views, even better than the St. Regis Macau. The bedding is incredibly comfortable; I usually have trouble sleeping, but at the St. Regis, I slept for 10+ hours a night. It was a fantastic staycation. Butler Linn provided excellent service, always proactive when I needed help, and even assisted with a late check-out request.

There were old stains on the glasses in the room! I called the butler, and it took twenty minutes for housekeeping to come and replace the glasses. Not once did a professional service staff member show up. Is it just a famous name with bad hygiene, slow response times, and old facilities? Breakfast was decent, and the concierge service was good.
