Booked this for my relatives, three rooms in total. The price increase during Chinese New Year wasn't too outrageous, and it's close to home. No breakfast in the morning, but you can have dim sum downstairs. Overall, it was pretty good.

Building 2 appears to be a temporary building. Reception area facilities does not look very welcoming. Room is simple but neat. Value for money. Nearby has big mall for food. Staff is generally friendly. However the air-condition need cleaning, air quality is not good with heavy smoking smell.
