Response from Property: Dear guest, we are sorry to bring you a bad experience! In response to your suggestions, 1. Our B&B is a renovation of an old house. It consists of three Lingnan blue brick houses. It was built in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China and has a history of nearly a hundred years. There are dedicated people cleaning the common areas of the B&B every day. The ditch you mentioned is also a natural drainage ditch. No guests have reported the problem of the ditch since the B&B opened. I am not sure what you mean by "there is garbage thrown around". Which ones are you referring to, please let me know; 2. Our home was opened in 2019 and was renovated from an old house. We are also very sorry that the actual appearance of the room is different from your imagination; 3. There are green plants in the yard of the B&B, and we will remove them regularly. Kill mosquitoes, but a few days before and after your stay, the weather is getting warmer, so it may be a bit difficult to kill them. Before normal guests check in, the staff will light mosquito coils in the room, and the lady at the front desk will confirm with you that you can't smell it. After the mosquito scent disappeared, we replaced the mosquito repellent liquid for you. 4. All our rooms have different passwords. A time-limited password will be sent to each guest when they check in. You can rest assured about the security of the B&B! Finally, thank you for your initial choice and wish you a happy life!
