The service attitude was absolutely fantastic, very polite, and the young lady had such a sweet smile. They offer late check-out until 2 PM (subject to availability) and early check-in from 10 AM (also subject to availability). The cleanliness was exceptional, spotless and incredibly well-maintained.

This was my second stay. I had originally booked for two nights. On the first night, they gave us a smoking room on the second floor. The moment I walked in, the room felt damp. I went down to the front desk to ask for a room change. (The male front desk staff asked me where my boyfriend was? Was he worried I'd leave my boyfriend upstairs to smoke?) Finally, they moved us to a higher floor non-smoking room, re-emphasizing that I couldn't smoke in the room and made me pay a 100 RMB deposit. I clearly stated that I would smoke downstairs. I won't be returning in the future, thank you.

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. It's close to both the port and Fuhuali for dining. The environment is elegant and relatively quiet, and the service is very attentive. Definitely recommended! 😊

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and it's close to Gongbei Port. The room isn't big, but it's neat and clean. There's Xiwan Market nearby, so finding food is very convenient. However, there was a gentleman at the front desk whose service attitude was not good. I hope he can be a little more patient in the future, as we are first-time visitors, and if we knew everything, we wouldn't have to ask.

I stayed here during Chinese New Year. The room was just so-so, and the prices were significantly higher due to the holiday. However, the service attitude was quite good. There were plenty of food options nearby, and the hotel's location is quite close to Gongbei Port.
