酒店設施不錯，電腦配置也挺好的，下次還會來

酒店位於灣仔關口附近，出行很方便，房間有沙發和窗户，電腦配置也不錯，前台很有禮貌，有機會的話還會來。

這回可以説住這麼多家酒店最火一次😡 一、設施問題:我訂了雙人房共二台電腦，其中一台電腦衹要不動一些時間就後關機。 二、衞生問題:一進去就發現電腦椅子上面有件衣服都不知道幾手前留下，然後電腦鍵盤表面都是煙灰又沒有準備一些消毒巾給客人刷下。 三、環境問題:一進去房間一股煙味已經算了，去程廁所已經把排風都開了，去完後廁所整個房間都有味道，衹能打開窗口但都是散的很慢，最後衹能打開門口，但門外又傳一些別的味道。 四、服務問題:因以上幾點我和我朋友衹能重新訂過酒店，退房時服務枱人員表示理解叫我地平方試下退單。但之後有店家直接在平台後方直接取消我的申訴又沒有致電給我。我衹能致電過去，店方先説我已入住二小時了不能取消，我就奇怪了我坐車到酒店先18:52分後報理入住，19:56我一找到另一家我就馬上去櫃枱報理退房，如何岀現已入住二小時？店方之後又説辦理入住後就不能退，這個我能理解但我退房的問題是酒店安排給我的房環境已經影響我的正常休息。 以上就是我住這酒店經過，如果店方能平心靜氣跟我商量我都不會這樣追究下去，但致電過程中店方一直都説是我地問題，都不能正常商量，這樣服務態度很大問題。

房間裏很重一股煙味，空調都醃入味了。鍵盤上一層灰，應該沒怎麼擦過。 隔音一般般，隔壁打遊戲能聽見一點。小孩在走廊上鬧聽得一清二楚。 主機配置表面看起來像那麼回事，然而機箱裏沒有裝硬盤，系統是通過網線遠程啟動的。。。什麼顯卡cpu再高端全白瞎。解決方案：開機進bios用win to go，懂得都懂。

看起來挺好，位置不算難找，停車免費，入住很快，態度好，可以使用電腦還不錯，衹是鍵盤缺少幾個鍵帽。還有房間很大的煙味，不小心推移了床，床底發現煙頭。

房間不大，挺整齊乾淨的，電腦配置不錯，網速很好，前台小姐姐還給延遲退房一小時，點贊。

跟兄弟一起來的，非常棒的一次體驗，網速流暢，配置高端，3060/i5 12代/32寸曲面屏，各種遊戲隨意玩，超級嗨。房間乾淨舒適，服務也很貼心，前台小姐姐也很熱情。附近吃東西出行都非常方便。下次還要來他家 服務

熱水足有窗空調不臟，房間也不潮濕，很滿意，電腦玩劍網三高畫質也不卡頓。周圍有超市，葯店，吃飯的地方也很多，價格都是日常價格。
