設施完備，二樓提供了桌球、兩個麻將台、遊戲機。房主熱情，面善，有求必應，考慮周到，還提供了淇澳島部分遊玩攻略。服務這塊很加分。地理位置在淇澳島中心，出門進巷子就是白石街。出島衹有一趟公交車。最近的車站是唐家灣站。坐公交車去愛情郵局需要兩小時。

這是第二次入住蓮舍民宿，各方面提升了不少，看出了用心經營；最重要是老闆仍然温度可佳，淇澳島旅遊攻略新增看點又更新發我，民宿就在白石街景點旁邊，還免費停車超方便，吃住玩逛不用擔心，非常棒的體驗！攻略共享（附圖）

老闆熱情周到，主動幫忙提行李，主動介紹淇澳島遊玩攻略
民宿位置不錯，房間乾淨。本來訂的3樓的標間（1.2米床），見有倆孩子，老闆推薦5樓標間（1.5米床），補了30元價差。5樓是頂層，視野開闊。
2樓有免費遊玩設施：桌球，麻將室，遊戲機，小型蹦蹦床，2樓，KTV要抱整棟樓時才能免費使用
美中不足：沒有電梯，5樓大床房和標間，共用房間外面的衞生間
