前台小姐姐微笑服務，服務態度非常好。
地理位置稍微有一點偏，但是開車過來的，也就無所謂的了。
後院車場非常大，有的是面積存車。
室內設施乾淨整潔，但是稍微有點舊了。

酒店挺乾淨的，被子明顯換過的，周邊交通也挺方便，去西施故里景區，去市中心，去五泄風景區等都挺方便的，不過周邊吃飯比較少，衹有一家湖南飯店，或者去後麪的村裡有吃的，購物也一樣。

設備老舊發黃，空間小，我父親和我説重來沒住過這麼差環境的，而且登記時，因為我有1歲半小孩，問我要身份證登記，不懂頭腦説話，這麼小小孩有身份證嗎，還好我帶了小孩社保卡，不然就不讓我們住，總結，環境差，周圍沒什麼吃，服務態度不好

我住的那個房間靠窗邊的桌子灰塵巨大，書包一放上去全是灰粘着，我也不願下去再換房間了，坐了一晚上車好累，其他設施還行能用，其次最想吐槽的是酒店的早餐，我那天大早上來的，附近簡單看了下沒早餐店，就想着去酒店裡看看，22一位自助的早餐，裏面品種好少，最後就打了一碗炒飯，一點土豆絲和個包菜，一個水煮蛋，兩個小饅頭，一杯豆漿，早知道還不如點外賣了，主要那天有點餓不想等了，結果…呃衹能説這個早餐太坑了

預訂時選了房型升級和延遲退房，結果房間在走廊最盡頭+中午11點多就被打電話問了退房……馬桶也很怪噪聲很大，房間外面有養了雞鴨，能聽到雞叫……可以説是住過的錦江裏最不好的了
