房間環境很不好，沙發都是破的，衞生間還有上一批客人留下的垃圾，房間空調效果也很差。衞生間淋浴房是兩面大的落地玻璃，玻璃上的百葉窗全是壞的，晚上淋雨洗澡衹能關着燈，開着燈就完全被四周大樓看光的效果，體驗感極不好！！吹風機的插孔還是歪的，費了老大勁才能用…

住過那麼多酒店，這是唯一讓人吐槽的酒店。
剛好五一假期，訂了兩個房間，價格貴了很多
貴了也算了，假期難免，但是服務提升上去啊，自然是我想多了。
1.牆壁很大裂縫
2.電話不能用；
3. 玻璃窗非常臟，服務員説外面的沒法擦，那裡邊擦乾淨一點啊，手一摸手指就臟了，連帶着透過窗户外面的風景也變得灰暗；
4.門上沒有安全鎖；
5.空調沒法調低温度；
6.窗户拉不上，還是回來後半夜打電話給工作人員半天才上來拉上的；
7.洗手間沒有簾子，一洗澡外面上廁所的地方都是積水，穿着房間的布拖鞋根本沒法上廁所，廁所也沒有安裝拉簾，門一開就對着廁所，想問下哪個天才設計師設計的；
8.洗手枱上也沒有插電的地方，洗完頭髮要吹頭髮或者卷一下頭髮都照不到鏡子…
這麼多好評不知道哪裡來的
以上的問題在入住的時候跟前台説了，結果領着我去看了更小的房間……
另一個房間升級了大一點，但該有的問題還是存在
要入住這個酒店的請慎重考慮

攜程酒店寫着六點後入住，電話前台卻被告知衹能六點半過後才可以，和前台解釋了半天是看到攜程上寫着才問的，但是前台就表示不相信，等到六點過去前台，前台必須讓我出示訂單六點入住訊息，叫了半天沒反應在睡覺，開房的時候一直在説沒做報表沒過夜審，暫時還開不了，還要我們等他弄完才行還拍了照，明明就是有一個房間和我講我這個不能開給我已經被預訂了，奇怪嘞，我不也是屬於預訂客人嗎？以前朋友都説這裏好，沒想到第一次入住就這樣。唉
