酒店位置非常方便，自駕導航很容易到達，扎尕那民宿很多，大部分停車位衹有2-3個，海螺溝大酒店的停車場應該屬於扎尕那最大的了，且方便停車。
房間整潔乾淨，衞生很好，床品睡起來很舒服，晚上很安靜。
房間窗户對着對面山上的原始森林，坐在窗前欣賞窗外的風景，喝喝茶，非常愜意
酒店自己有餐廳，解決吃飯問題，旁邊也有不少餐廳。酒店還提供了免費早餐
酒店員工服務態度非常好，特別是前台的大叔，提供遊玩攻略。因為私人的原因提前退房，老闆也非常貼心地給予很好的解決。
五分好評推薦，下次旅遊過來還住這裏。

早餐可以，有雞蛋，包子，稀飯，牛奶，油餅，涼菜，熱菜，適合帶孩子旅遊，酒店門前是廣場，有籃球場，可以玩，就是有點小吵，酒店位置絕佳，在洮河大橋邊，可以看風景，有專用停車場。

卓尼大酒店是我們這次甘南之行入住性價比超高的酒店，特別是乾淨衞生，環境好，服務態度好，停車場大，停車方便。

賓館後面的停車場很大，停車很方便，因第二天早走就沒有預訂有早飯的。賓館房間很大，衞生總體來説還行吧，但我們預訂兩個房間其中一間床單有污漬，打電話給樓層保潔員就給了一句話：我沒空，然後直接就掛了電話，沒辦法找到前台，前台一位像是領班的到挺好，二話沒説就到房間親自給更換，那位説沒空的保潔看這情況也衹好伸手幫忙了。希望酒店能加強內部管理，尤其是對樓層保潔人員的管理。另：預訂的其中一間房間沒有反鎖裝置，兩位入住的美女沒辦法衹能用椅子從門後抵住。

藏式裝修風格的酒店，有免費停車場，雖然前面有廣場，晚上有人跳舞打籃球，但關窗後隔音效果還不錯，客房其它設施還行，但衞生間沒有毛巾架還是頭一次遇到，早餐很簡單

服務非常差！！！
退房時候説開發票衹能開收到的金額，攜程的手續費不開。第一次碰到這樣的。而且還態度特別惡劣的説，他們酒店就這麼規定。這是明目張膽的偷税漏税行為。當場投訴後，才開了足額。説明完全可以也應該開足額。服務員態度極其惡劣！這家店不止一次住了，這個前台完全不稱職，衹會不斷激化矛盾。店家應該好好處理。

房間設施比較新，被褥乾淨無異味。早餐雖然品種不多，但是製作的都很精緻，很好吃。酒店周邊環境不是很好，窗前一個大廣場，前半夜是跳廣場舞的大媽，後半夜是喝醉酒的流浪漢，關上窗户仍然很吵鬧。衞生間早上沒有熱水。停車很方便，有自己的停車場。
