怎麼説呢，想吐槽的點有很多～
1.我們入住的貝殼帳篷，240多一晚，相對於市區來説也不便宜吧？結果進去衹有兩把椅子一張桌子，兩張床兩個牀頭櫃，其它東西沒了！沒有拖鞋，沒有浴巾，沒有毛巾架，沒有牙刷，也就是説一次性洗漱用品🈚我們也不是沒住過帳篷酒店，像你們這樣的我第一次遇見
2.沒有一次性洗漱用品我們想着去小賣部買點，結果天沒黑那荒郊野嶺的小賣部就關門了，也不知道里面有沒有賣的！問前台要一根毛巾而已前台説規定不讓給，規定是死的，人是活的啊？
3.小童遊樂場白天大太陽開着誰進去玩？等太陽下山我們去的時候人家又關門了！小朋友在石頭路上摔倒破皮去前台拿酒精消毒前台大姐一臉不耐煩，還讓給我們拿酒精棉簽的小姐姐無緣無故挨你一頓罵
4.酒店前台服務態度差，前台電話****攜程沒有一個有打得通的號碼，晚上半夜被蚊子🦟咬醒問前台有沒有蚊香，前台再三推脱説沒有，最後我説你們自己用的給我掰一點也行才給我一盤蚊香！這麼大個酒店帳篷蚊香都不給配，誰出門會自帶蚊香？
5.我們住的貝殼帳篷衞生間洗澡間是公用的，這我能理解，但是每次上廁所石頭果子路上 500米沖刺，到了那個集裝箱廁所還是一股惡臭味，能讓人不噁心嗎？洗澡間也是垃圾桶都沒有到處扔的垃圾，感覺瞬間回到20年前的學校公共澡堂子
6.求求你們整改一下吧，別硬件設施跟不上軟件更不行！！！口碑差了，**做那麼多推廣有什麼用

或許是生意太好，為什麼來不及細做，住進去地面不算乾淨，不過服務很好很及時，打電話後兩三分鐘就來清理。衞生間沒有地巾，地面有水後穿一次性拖鞋很滑！房間沒有空調，備有空調扇。很大一片場地還在修繕中，適合露營，晚上有小集市，唱K和燒烤。發呆適合，遊玩活動不夠豐富。

去九畹溪漂流途中偶遇山頂避署絕美酒店，據説是秭歸城投新打造的度假型酒店。設施估計有4星級標準，房間無味無蚊無空調有暖氣。服務好。就是酒店還處於試運營，早餐要向前台訂，餐廳炒的本地菜味道挺好，價格偏貴，這在大山裡也情有可原。希望酒店越辦越好，成為秭歸旅遊新名片。

整體環境很好，房間都配有電扇，還挺衞生乾淨，順着芝茅公路開車就能上來，晚上可以燒烤，早上起早可以看日出

酒店服務好，設施也都挺好的，床睡着舒服！餐廳的菜特別好吃，清清爽爽不油膩很家常味，吃的好也住的好，避暑天堂！房間裏確實不需要空調！

從秭歸去神農架的路上因為原本想走的G348封路誤打誤撞走了芝茅公路，發現了這家酒店。簡直是寶藏酒店，性價比超高！設施服務都很好，而且非常安靜，早上開車出去找觀景台可以看雲海和日出，太給人驚喜了！

優點是離宜昌城區近，路況好，涼快，但也衹是晚上外面涼快，房間裏面沒有空調，晚上有點悶熱，進房間有很多死的蚊蟲，訂的帶早餐券的房間，差價30，然而並沒有人收早餐券，沒任何人管，一進入全是職工在就餐，不知道的以為進的職工餐廳，早餐品種少的可憐，還要自己收拾盤子，我又不是去的學生食堂，走的時候在前台拿兩瓶水，説是要付費，整體的服務意識不行#衞生

被評論騙過來了，都是假的不要信很偏僻的地方，房間臟亂差，衞生間都沒打掃，有頭髮有蟑螂，服務態度也差，上來一個服務人員上來滿口狡辯，不承認沒打掃衞生

非常好，酒店硬件一流，服務也到位，周邊風景不錯，適合遊玩，唯一的問題是去的時候是晚上，下了高速有十幾公里的彎道山路，非常驚險
