房間還算可以，前台服務也很好，但是收了我住房按金，我在其他地方同樣是攜程預訂的房間從來沒有收過按金。有種不被信任的感覺。還有就是停車場離酒店稍微遠了點兒，行李多了不太方便。吐槽一下，當地的蚊子是真的大。

房間確實大，但是電梯裏走廊裏真的特別臭，特別的臭，令人能yue出來的那種，水也放不熱，沒法洗澡。前台愛答不理，愛住不住那種。攜程選的迎賓水果也沒有。要不是前面安康堵車就去安康住了，真的差！

房間衞生還算可以，我們每次到紫陽都是住他們家酒店，以前前台兩個白皮膚的態度非常和睦可親，昨天遇到一個不曉得那又冒出一個黑點皮膚的女人，全程都是拉着個臉很不樂意的跟我説話，不曉得是對老闆有意見，還是對我有意見，感覺就是把我往外趕的感覺，我衹能説老闆請了這樣的員工真是拿錢請了個仇人，就她那個態度估計得罪的顧客也不少，訂房時商務間她非要找我要260説網上也是那個價格，我説我們這個月就在你們家住了十幾天呢，價格沒那麼貴，結果我有點不相信的在網上看了一下才210多，真是沒點職業道德，以後也不會在你家住了，

房間設施齊全，窗外風景好，值得入住，最主要就是酒店有停車場，這在紫陽縣是難得的。 5樓的餐飲味道好，還有當地的特色茶葉品嚐。

房間面積很大，有榻榻米可以休息，還提供了入住點心，停車方便，就是室內部分設施需要再重新修繕一下
