體驗真的太差了，好歹也是270的房價衞生不能做好點嗎？真是太失望了！這個房間的衞生狀況簡直糟糕透頂。到處都是頭髮，讓人感覺十分不舒服。除了床上沒有，地上、浴室裏，甚至床邊，貼腳線邊上櫃子下面，角落裡都能看到頭髮的蹤跡太多了都拍不完根本拍不完，感覺沒有掃過地拖過地一樣，這讓我對整個房間的衞生情況都產生了懷疑。本來期待能在一個乾淨整潔的環境中休息，結果卻大失所望。要不是去的時候已經太晚了喝醉了想休息，不然真的會換酒店的，酒店的衞生管理實在是有待提高！

酒店位置就在撈沙巷、遵義會址附近，很方便，走幾分鐘就可以到，酒店服務衞生都很棒，小馬小周和幾個店員小姐姐都很熱情可愛，還有小零食吃，去遵義超級推薦住這裏。

服務態度極好，但環境老實講230多的價格這環境有點對不起這個價格，房間內牆布或牆紙是有鼓包和輕微破損的，並且該類型房間衹有首尾房，屋內設施的話枕頭倒是意外的合適，矮枕頭且軟硬適中，馬桶衹有暖墊和自動沖水的功能實在想不通這也能稱為智能馬桶，而且床頭兩邊枱面有明顯的看得出來的那種犄角旮旯的地方沒有打掃乾淨，並且建議去得早的話在保潔打掃完房間後通風半天在入住，我去的時候去的早，保潔剛剛打掃完房間但是不知道為什麼有明顯的拖地後出現的異味，剛進房間我就把窗户打卡並開空調通風最大風量換氣，酒店早餐的話還行，不推薦熱食區的炒飯，炒時蔬，一個沒鹽，一個沒熟透口感差，推薦現煮粉面和糯米飯，洗衣房和餐廳在同一層，服務態度超級好

家庭房很大很寬敞，裏面該有的配套都有。如果房間的燈光能安裝夜燈方便起夜的老年人那就更好了。説説不夠理想的，整個旅館大約150+個房間衹有一個電梯。停車場勸退新手司機。

早上10點多就從茅台來到遵義，本來以為要等時間；沒想到和藹可親的櫃枱妹妹，特別是戴眼鏡的那位美女，親切的招呼我入住，還讓我嘗試漢廷的豐富早餐，很難得可以見到類五星級酒店的早餐，真的很棒喔！⋯原來最新級別的漢廷酒店，有這麼多很棒的服務，所有的櫃枱妹妹都表達了最親切的態度，給一個大讚喔！

酒店位置好，在老城中心，吃飯購物遊景點都很方便，酒店應該是比較新的，可是衞生方面不太好，房間門上有明顯的腳印，手印，牆面上有污漬，大堂也亂糟糟的，和我們在別的地方住的漢庭還是有區別，希望能改進。
