Prague Surrounding Tour - CK Town and KH Town
CK Town, full name Český Krumlov, is a castle town in Czech Republic, also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, like a world coming out of a comic book.
Starting from Prague, I chose the Regio Jet bus and bought tickets directly from their official website. There are discounts for advance booking, and the ticket price is around 15-18 euros. The journey takes about 3 hours. Be sure to pay attention to the location of your hotel. I got off at the wrong stop because there are two parking spots (AN and Spicak) in CK town. Fortunately, the two stops are not far apart, but dragging luggage on the cobblestone streets in the town is a bit of a challenge.
If you have time, be sure to stay in the town for a night. In the evening, there are not so many tourists, surrounded by the river, peaceful and comfortable. You can also say good morning to two bears if you get up early!
It is recommended to make an appointment in advance for the tour and explanation of Krivoklat Castle. If you make a late appointment, only Czech language explanations will be available, but an English guidebook will be provided for you to follow along. You don't need to do anything here, even just quietly daydreaming will make you feel the beauty of time passing by...
Recommended restaurant: Krcma v Satlavske Ulici cave restaurant, bread onion soup and grilled ribs are really good👍, remember to drink the onion soup quickly, otherwise the bread will drink it up. The black beer is so delicious!
KH Town Kutná Hora - Central Bohemia (KUTNA HORA) is recommended to take a train from Prague Central Station (Praha hl.n) and walk a short distance to the attraction after arrival, or take a taxi. Remember to buy a ticket at the tourist center first, which is more cost-effective! The Bone Church is really shocking, but also very oppressive. St. Barbara's Church and The Church of the Assumption of Our Lady and Saint John the Baptist are all included! The whole town is very small and can be visited as a day trip from Prague.
Recommended restaurant Pivnice Dacicky. They have 6 flavors of craft beer, which is quite tasty.

That was an increadible experience. I dont know if everybody will like it or not. But really the concept and also the reason beside the number of bones there(remaining of over 60k persons) was just stonishing for me.

Czech travel guide | Prague and the surrounding self-driving tour
for the Czech heart for a long time, whether it is rich in bohemian elements and the historic CK town, the stunning and sacred human bone church, still full of romance The breath of Prague, even the rural pastoral scenery, is fascinating.
The Czech Republic stayed for five days and was driving all the way. Then go to Austria, usually play Central Europe can play 2-3 countries together.
Day1-Day2
In the small town of Kutna Hora not far from Prague, there is a human bone church. In the 14th century, the black death raged, and the Husse War broke out in the 15th century, which made the Bohemian land a boneless body. Later, the noble family of Montenegro bought this, and the carpenter Rint would decorate the church with the bones of nowhere, so about 40,000 white bones became the chandeliers, shields, altars, holy grails in front of them... strange and gorgeous. The information book says "It allows us to face the limits of life and the value of eternal life."

This Church is Underrated 😍⛪️
St.Barbara church in Kutna Hora I feel is seriously underrated. It is a UNESCO world heritage site and is amongst one of the most beautifully constructed Gothic churches. Kutnahora was known for it silver mines and St. Barbara was considered as the patron saint for the miners.
When you visit too many churches in Europe they start seeming similar after a point, but this one happens to stand out in our memories - the beautiful beautiful stained glass windows, the frescos, the murals, the overall architecture and yes peaceful surroundings which is otherwise missing.

Santa Barbara Cathedral is the largest church in Kutna Hora. It is comparable in size and grandeur to the St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague. It is also a slightly different church. It is about 10 minutes drive from the Human Bone Church. Hh/Barbara is the patron saint of the miners. The church was originally built to give a gift to Barbara who guards the silver miners
from the altar, Ceiling Vault ceiling dome, six petal arches At the top, the elegance and dignity are brought to the extreme, while the badges of the families and groups are drawn on the dome.
The color window here is not made of glass mosaic, but the oil painting on the glass, the oldest The windows were made in 1898, the latest was 1923
because the Santa Barbara Cathedral was interrupted by the Huss War and was not rebuilt until the end of the 15th century, with design and time changing until the 19th century. This beautiful church was officially completed, and all the colorful windows, including the colorful windows, used quite advanced technology.
Svaty Jan Pod Skalou Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
Make room for shrooms!
This was a short beautiful hike near Prague, from Sv. Jan pod skalou to another village called Srbsko. The whole route is about 8km long, and it goes mostly through forests. The first part is rather steep, and at the highest point, you might see and hear a dog barking. It scared me out of my mind 😂🐶 because the gate was just wire and not easily seen. So it's all safe 😉
Its a super beautiful hike, and you can take a bus from Prague (Zličín station) to a village called Vraž, and from there you start walking. Once you arrive in Srbsko there is a train station with trains leaving to Prague almost every 20-30min .
