We have just returned from a fantastic week at this hotel. Our first impression was excellent, as we arrived at 11 pm and found a bottle of water in the room, which was greatly appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to grab a simple bite to eat at the restaurant. The room was immaculate, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool areas were spotless, with staff working hard to keep everything clean and tidy. The food was absolutely exceptional! We went for the all-inclusive option, and I cannot find fault with it. My kids loved the freshly made churros and pancakes at breakfast, while I enjoyed a cooked breakfast followed by an amazing variety of pastries. Lunch offered plenty of choices, including freshly grilled meats, fresh salads, and bread. The cakes and puddings were absolutely delicious! Dinner was equally enjoyable; my kids couldn’t wait to go straight to the kids' buffet. The theme nights were fantastic, and everything was done flawlessly! The chocolate fountain surrounded by an assortment of sweets and donuts was a huge hit with my nine-year-old. Special mention to Matteo—his aqua fit session was the best I’ve ever attended! His energy and positivity were infectious, and I couldn’t stop smiling throughout the workout. He truly is an asset to the hotel! One afternoon, we went to Funworld, a bouncy castle area about 10 minutes away, after the hotel quickly arranged a taxi for us. It was definitely worth it, costing 10 euros per person per hour. I am genuinely so sad to be home after such an incredible week. This hotel was pure perfection, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you!
