On Boracay, you're bombarded with offers of excursions right on the beach. Seriously, you can't take a single step 😄 We weren't in a rush to agree. We waited a couple of days, checking out the prices and offers. Finally, we found a guide who offered a private boat excursion with a captain for 4,000 pesos. What's included in the price? Well... almost nothing 🤣 Masks and snorkels are provided, but it's best to bring your own water and snacks. How it works: 1. The day before the excursion, arrange with the guide and pay a deposit of 500 pesos. 2. On the day, go to Station 2, the pier, and register at a special tent. 3. The captain leads you to the boat—and off you go! We set off at 2:00 PM and sailed towards Crystal Cove Island. What we saw: · Crystal Cove. It was incredible! So many fish, so much coral... We lost track of time and lingered there too long. The captain had to look for us 😁 · Along the way, we passed Crocodile Island, which looks like a crocodile. · Next up is Puka Beach. There you can have a drink, a snack, sunbathe, swim, or take photos with the sand sculptures against the beach. · And the last stop is the Boracay Snorkeling Area. It was already sunset. The beauty was incredible 🤍 The entire excursion took about 4 hours. 🎒 What to bring: · Drinks and food—you'll really want to snack between stops. · Sunscreen or clothing with covered shoulders is a must—the sun on Boracay is tough. · Coral slippers. · Waterproof case for underwater photography. · Waterproof bag. But you can walk along the beach to Sunny Side Cafe, where there are plenty of food options. The front desk says a trip with Tutu usually costs around 150 PHP. The sunset sailboat boarding point is near the hotel, making it super convenient to watch the sunset. 🏠 Room Experience I booked a sea view room but was actually given a high-floor sea view on the second row (the beachfront rooms with direct sea views are perfect for lounging on the balcony all day). The beachfront rooms are even better—step outside and you’re on the sea, with the sunset right in front of you🌅. The room is spacious and comfortable, spotless everywhere, and the bedding is clean. ✅ Public Areas & Service 🔸 The rooftop infinity pool is amazing! Not many people take photos here, and if you go off-peak, you can enjoy it alone. The view is stunning. There’s also a large pool on the ground floor, perfect for kids to play without getting too much sun, and the restaurant is right next to the pool🏊‍♀️. 🔸 The hotel has a small private beach with sun loungers and beach towels, and the staff are warm and attentive. The service in the rooms, restaurant, and beach is excellent.
