A truly delightful experience in a magical setting. The hilltop location provides breathtaking views from every angle. All facilities are first-rate. The room was very private and cozy, featuring a stunning terrace. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. From our arrival to departure, the staff was accommodating without being intrusive, offering dining tips and activity suggestions both in person and via emails, while also helping with reservations. Special thanks to Manuel, who greeted us with enthusiasm and acted as our personal concierge throughout our stay (kudos as well to Jesus, Pablo, and Gon). The on-site restaurant truly amazed us with innovative takes on traditional dishes, complemented by creative cocktails and local wines. The bar and restaurant team were friendly, engaging, and attentive. Additionally, its proximity to the picturesque village of Valldemossa, just a short walk away, was a bonus. Valldemossa Hotel is an immaculate retreat that I couldn’t recommend more highly.

It was an absolutely fantastic week for both body and soul 🌹☀️. The food was amazing—breakfast, lunch, and dinner 🥘 🥂. Beautiful views in Port de Sóller, Palma, and Valldemossa! The wonderful Hotel Marina with its fantastic staff was outstanding! They were so service-oriented and helpful! I’d love to come back here again 🤗. My experience has been amazing ♥️. Thank you so much 🫶.

📍 Location: Mallorca (Palma / Sóller / Caló des Moro) · *Practical Information for a 3-Night, 4-Day Rental Car Trip in Mallorca, Spain** I have compiled the parking systems and travel routes for major areas based on my firsthand experience while traveling around Mallorca by rental car. Referring to this before your visit will help minimize trial and error. · *1. Tips for Choosing a Rental Car and Parking Payment** · *Vehicle Selection:** Roads in the western mountainous regions, such as Valldemossa and Deia, are very narrow and winding. Small hatchbacks or compact SUVs are much easier to maneuver and park with than large vehicles. · *Blue Parking Lines (Zona ORA):** You must pay for your scheduled parking time in advance using a self-service payment machine or the dedicated app (mobiAPParc). Afterward, you must place the issued parking ticket on the inside of the windshield where it is clearly visible. Handling Parking Tickets: If you are issued a ticket for exceeding your parking time limit, you can have it immediately cancelled on the spot by pressing the 'Cancel' button at the self-service payment machine on the same day and paying a small fee (approximately 6 euros). Yellow Parking Lines: These are strictly no-parking zones, and vehicles caught violating this rule will be towed immediately. 2. Important Notes for Visiting Major Beaches (Cala) Private parking spaces are very limited at popular cliff beaches such as Cala des Moro and Cala Pi. You must arrive before 9:30 AM to park near the entrance; after that time, you must park on the roadside outside the entrance and walk for at least 20 minutes to reach the beach. 3. Recommended 3-Night, 4-Day Itinerary Day 1 (Palma City Center) Palma Cathedral (Catedral de Mallorca) ➔ Walking tour of Old Town alleys ➔ Watch sunset at the lake area in front of the cathedral Day 2 (Western Mountain Villages & Sóller) Valldemossa Village ➔ Deía Viewpoint ➔ Park in Sóller city center and take the wooden tram to Port de Sóller Day 3 (Southeastern Beaches) Cala Moro Beach (Morning) ➔ Transfer to Ses Salines and have lunch Day 4 (Northern & Return) Cap de Formentor Viewpoint ➔ Transfer to Palma city center and return to the airport #MallorcaTravelTips #MallorcaTravel #SpainMallorca #MallorcaRentalCar #PalmaCathedral #CalaMoro #Sóller #Valldemossa #SpainTravel #EuropeanResort

We booked the full-day Valldemossa, Soller, and Port de Soller excursion on ChatGPT's recommendation, and it exceeded our expectations. The pick-up from our hotel was prompt. Our guide, Jeannine, was a delight, and our driver, Jesus, masterfully navigated the challenging mountain roads with ease. Each stop allowed 1.5 to 2 hours of exploration, with clear pick-up instructions and tips on local dishes and attractions. The exclusive tram ride to Port de Soller was a highlight. Highly recommended—I’d gladly go again!

The hotel, with nine rooms, is nestled in a stunning natural setting. It offers absolute tranquility and breathtaking views of Valldemossa. The place is beautifully decorated with antique items from the finca. Antonio, his team, and Carmen are incredibly kind, the food is excellent, and it feels like home. Additionally, the hotel is pet-friendly. A truly unique experience in Mallorca.

Mallorca is where the Mediterranean feels almost unreal—turquoise coves, rugged mountains, charming stone villages, golden beaches, and beautiful coastal roads all coming together on one spectacular island. 🌴☀️ From the historic streets of Palma de Mallorca to the dramatic cliffs of the Serra de Tramuntana, every corner offers a different side of the island. Wander through Palma’s old town, admire the magnificent Cathedral of Mallorca, then escape toward the mountains for breathtaking viewpoints and traditional villages such as Valldemossa, Deià, and Sóller. 🏛️⛰️ The coastline is the real showstopper. Discover hidden coves with crystal-clear water, relax on Mediterranean beaches, or explore scenic spots around Cala d’Or, Cala Mondragó, Port de Sóller, and Cap de Formentor. For unforgettable scenery, the winding roads through the Tramuntana mountains are a journey in themselves. 🚗🌅 Mallorca is also perfect for slow travel—long lunches, local seafood, quiet village streets, sunset walks, and evenings beside the sea. 🌿🍋🍷 ✨ Don't miss: 📍 Palma de Mallorca 📍 Serra de Tramuntana 📍 Valldemossa 📍 Deià 📍 Sóller & Port de Sóller 📍 Cap de Formentor 📍 Cala Mondragó 📍 Cala d’Or Whether you're looking for beaches, nature, culture, photography, or simply a beautiful Mediterranean escape, Mallorca has a little bit of everything. 🇪🇸💙 #Mallorca #Spain #IslasBaleares #BalearicIslands #VisitMallorca #MallorcaTravel #Mediterranean #SpainTravel #PalmaDeMallorca #SerraDeTramuntana #TravelInspiration #BeautifulDestinations #EuropeTravel #IslandLife

Mallorca surprised me with how much there is to see away from the typical beach resorts. Think historic mountain towns, cobbled streets, little bakeries, cafés hidden between stone buildings and some incredible coastal scenery. If you’re planning a trip, these are a few stops I’d definitely add to the itinerary 👇 🚋 Sóller One of the most charming towns on the island. Walk around the historic centre, explore the smaller streets and watch the iconic wooden tram pass through town. The area around Plaça de la Constitució is especially beautiful. 📸 Don’t miss: · The historic Sóller tram · Plaça de la Constitució · The streets around the old town · Local shops and markets · A slow wander with no particular route — some of my favourite spots were the ones we simply came across 🌿 Valldemossa Possibly one of the prettiest villages in Mallorca. Stone houses, green shutters, plants everywhere and narrow cobbled streets make the whole village feel incredibly picturesque. 🥐 Stop at Ca’n Molinas A traditional bakery in Valldemossa and a great place to take a break. If you visit, try a coca de patata, the soft potato bun Valldemossa is famous for. ☕ Take time for the cafés One thing I loved about these villages was how easy it was to find little terraces and cafés tucked beneath the trees. Mallorca is definitely a place where slowing down is part of the experience. 🌊 And of course… the coast Save some time for Mallorca’s coves and beaches. After exploring the villages, ending the day by the Mediterranean is hard to beat. A few Mallorca tips · 🚗 Renting a car makes exploring the villages and coastline much easier · ⏰ Visit popular towns earlier in the morning if you want quieter streets · 🥐 Try local food instead of only sticking to the tourist restaurants · 📍 Don’t rush through Sóller and Valldemossa just for photos, they’re much nicer when you give yourself time to wander Mallorca really is much more than just beaches. 💛 #Mallorca #MallorcaSpain #VisitMallorca #Soller #Valldemossa #SpainTravel #MallorcaTravel #EuropeTravel #TravelGuide #TravelInspiration #HiddenEurope

Went with my sister for a relaxing vacation and it was absolutely perfect. The location was strategic, close to all the must-visit spots in Mallorca like Deia, Valldemossa, and Santanyí. The food experience was great, with plenty of variety at both breakfast and dinner; we especially enjoyed the live cooking station. Yuma was very friendly, and we loved the entertainment, especially bingo night. The staff was incredibly kind and always available to help with anything we needed.

The pictures truly don't do justice to how spacious and beautiful the rooms are. We stayed in the sea-facing junior suite, and it was a perfect 10/10 experience. Spending six nights there, we'll really miss the breathtaking sea views, especially during sunset. The room had plenty of storage, huge beds, a smart TV, a clothes warmer, a generously sized balcony with a couch, and even a beach bag with towels – everything we could possibly need. Highly recommended if you're staying in the Valldemossa/Deia area!

A beautiful property in an unmatched setting. We visited as a family of four in August for my mother's 60th birthday, and the hotel made the experience feel completely effortless. The views over the sea, the pools, and the grounds were stunning, and the room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully designed. Justyna and the concierge team, along with guest relations, worked with us for weeks before our stay to create a truly special birthday surprise for my mom. Since it was a surprise that we would be joining her, the team coordinated everything with me seamlessly, ensuring every detail was perfectly planned. The highlight was the evening of the solar eclipse—an experience arranged by the team, making it the most memorable night of the trip. Thank you for making this special occasion even more magical! Location: 5/5. Perfectly situated by the water, away from busy areas, yet close to Portals, Palma, Valldemossa, and Deià for easy day trips. Atmosphere: 5/5. Warm and family-oriented, with plenty of families enjoying a relaxed holiday vibe. Rooms: 5/5. Quiet at night, with a terrace overlooking the pools and a spacious bathroom. Value: 5/5. Outstanding setting, excellent food, and exceptional service. Cleanliness: 5/5. Impeccable throughout, from rooms to the grounds. Noise Level: 5/5. Quiet and peaceful, with the cheerful sound of families by the pools during the day. Service: 5/5. Justyna and her team delivered an exceptional experience tailored to perfection. Amenities: 5/5. Two pools, direct sea access, swimming coves, a spa, tennis courts, and wonderful dining options.

My wife and I had an incredible four-night stay at Hotel Valldemossa. The hotel, housed in a stunning historic building, offers a unique experience while maintaining all of its original charm. Our room was spacious and tastefully designed, with meticulous attention to detail. Gon welcomed us warmly and spent a lot of time showing us around and sharing the fascinating history of Valldemossa. It was the most personal welcome we’ve ever received. The rest of the staff was equally kind, attentive, and hospitable throughout our visit. The pool area is simply gorgeous. Most of the time, only a few guests were present, making it the perfect retreat to relax in peace and quiet. Breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. The hotel’s restaurant, De Tokyo A Lima, is exceptional and definitely worth a visit. Be sure to reserve a table early, as it's very popular among both guests and locals. We would return without hesitation and are already excited to visit again.

If you're searching for one of the best places to stay in Mallorca, this is it. We spent a weekend here for my partner's birthday, and it exceeded all our expectations. This beautiful former farmhouse overlooking Valldemossa is run by Antonio and his incredibly helpful staff. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the facilities were excellent. The homemade tapas, paella, and traditional Spanish breakfast buffet were absolutely delicious. We were sad to leave and can't wait to return. It's also pet-friendly, with plenty of space for your furry friends to enjoy.

Everything was absolutely marvelous. A beautiful place, surrounded by nature and tranquility. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The breakfasts were delicious, varied, and made with high-quality products. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. I will definitely return and recommend this place to anyone seeking rest, peace, and an authentic Mallorcan ambiance. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

#easytravelpost Valldemossa is a hill village at 400 m, famous for the 14th-c Charterhouse where Chopin and Sand spent the winter of 1838–39. I took the TIB bus 210 from Palma (€2.50, 40 min), arrived at 09:00 in May, paid €5 entry to the monastery (cells, piano, manuscripts). The cliff moss is the monastery's north wall: Fissidens and Cratoneuron in the limestone seep where the cloister drains, Sphagnum in the monastery garden's shaded beds, and the cliff below the village viewpoint has Racomitrium on the wind-clipped ledge—the view is the Tramuntana crest, the moss frames the photo. I sat in the cloister at 09:30, the moss silver, a finch on the fountain, the bells at 10:00. The monastery is the only paid sight; the village streets are free. Mistake: I came on a Sunday in July and the monastery was a queue—weekday or 09:00 opening. Another: I paid €5 entry and expected a guided tour—it's self-audioguide, bring headphones. Would you visit Valldemossa monastery for the cloister-moss at 09:00, or skip the €5 and walk the cliff path to Son Marroig for the sea view?

My husband and I had an unforgettable stay at Mirabo. This beautifully restored 16th-century farmhouse sits on a hill overlooking the picturesque town of Valldemossa, offering a blend of timeless charm and modern amenities. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping back in time, yet with all the comforts of today. The entry and living areas exude warmth and hospitality, and the staff welcomes you like family, with self-service beverages and snacks. We particularly loved chatting with Antonio, the property manager, and his adorable pup, Carmen. Antonio was an absolute delight to get to know and ensured we had everything we could possibly need. He even helped us plan our time in Mallorca, making our stay even more special. One major highlight was the infinity pool and deck—something we hadn’t fully noticed in the photos but found to be pure zen in real life. With only nine rooms on the property, the pool and other amenities are shared with just a few other guests, creating an intimate and tranquil setting. We also loved the occasional visits from friendly goats and sheep near the pool, which added a charming touch to the experience. Although Mallorca offers so many attractions to explore, we often found ourselves wanting to stay at Mirabo to soak in the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a truly magical experience, and we’re already looking forward to returning to Mirabo!

Fantastic from start to finish! Antonio and his team create an unbeatable sense of home in paradise, a rare feat we've rarely experienced despite traveling widely. The property offers remarkable value, especially during peak summer on this bustling island, which saw 32 million visitors through Palma airport last year—more than Cameroon’s population. From the peaceful, delightful atmosphere to unique features like wild goats and sheep roaming the hills near the pool overlooking Valldemossa, every detail contributes to an authentic local experience. The beautiful and quiet rooms ensure a restful sleep after days exploring charming hillside towns and secluded calas, which Antonio eagerly recommends. Breakfast and dinner services were another standout aspect. The included breakfast was the perfect start to our days—don’t miss the special scramble or other delectable options. Dinner surpassed expectations with an unforgettable meal paired with stunning views of Valldemossa lit up at night, a truly rare setting. A few additional points: · Incredibly pet-friendly without being overwhelming, creating a welcoming atmosphere even for furry friends. · Our room had fantastic rooftop loungers offering breathtaking town views throughout the day and night. · The walk to Valldemossa takes around 30 minutes and was manageable even in flip-flops. Returning after a wine-filled evening proved slightly trickier but still worth it. In summary—don’t hesitate to visit! Antonio’s team excels in hospitality. Be sure to enjoy at least one dinner during your stay. You won’t regret booking this amazing spot!

We just left Hotel Mirabo today and I have only wonderful things to share. The hotel itself is stunning; the building is gorgeous, incredibly clean, well-maintained, and authentically charming. The location is ideal and tranquil, just a short walk or drive from Valldemossa, as well as beautiful destinations like Deia or Soller. The hotel rooms are fantastic—spacious, well-equipped, and spotless. The hotel grounds are equally impressive, featuring numerous picturesque nooks and relaxing spaces, including a pool! What makes Hotel Mirabo even more special is the amazing Antonio and his team. Antonio is so warm, welcoming, and truly embodies the role of the perfect host. He’s absolutely marvelous and has excellent island recommendations that are all spot-on. Thank you so much, Antonio! ❤️ I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Hotel Mirabo for a delightful experience, and since they are pet-friendly, you can also bring along your furry companion! 🐾

I can't even begin to describe how fantastic this place is. We were welcomed by the manager, Antonio, who is truly one of the nicest people I've ever encountered. He provided outstanding care and ensured that we had everything we needed. This spot feels like paradise tucked away at the end of a winding mountain road, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and offered breathtaking views. We'll definitely be returning!

I stayed at this property in late June/early July as a couple. The hotel, recommended by Eden Viaggi, is a well-maintained 4-star establishment. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are charming and well-furnished. Unfortunately, our room—a standard one with a lateral sea view—was really small, with tight spaces and a similarly small bathroom. However, this didn’t ruin our vacation, as the room was still beautiful, cleaned well by the staff, and the sea view was truly priceless! We opted for the half-board plan, excluding drinks. The beverages were a bit pricey but understandable given the 4-star rating. Exploring the island with our rental car, we did notice that dining prices were generally very high, at least for us Italians! That said, the hotel food was good, with nice breakfasts and dinners. The portions were well-balanced—not excessive—but everything was well-prepared and thoughtful. The hotel is directly by the sea, and the nearby Es Trenc Beach, which is absolutely stunning, can be reached with a 30-minute walk. Having breakfast and dinner with a sea view and a sunset every evening was absolutely wonderful. With the rental car, we explored Palma de Mallorca, the charming mountainside village of Valldemossa about 30 minutes from Palma, along with the beautiful and quiet southern beaches near Sant Jordi and several coves on the island’s west side. Our return flight was very late in the evening, and since the hotel was fully booked, late check-out wasn’t available. However, the property offered us access to a spacious, well-equipped courtesy bathroom, allowing us to shower and enjoy the entire day at the beach. Thank you!
