“Hey guys! The Bowl Maker Society in Freiburg is super awesome. If you’re a ramen or mala lover and like something customizable, this is the place for you.” “When you go in, they let you choose everything yourself, from the noodles, soup, toppings, vegetables, protein, and they also have free spicy oil, sesame, peanuts, and chopped shallots. It’s sooo good!” “We ordered a soup called Garlic Dream!!! It’s a vegetarian soup with a deep garlic aroma, like it’s been revived. Then we added udon noodles, tofu, lots of vegetables, and vegetarian chicken. It tasted so good~ The soup was so rich that you could slurp it down to the last drop.” “You can choose how spicy you want it. There’s a spicy soup called Red Tori, which is Chinese mala style, or if you want a lighter Japanese feel, there’s a soft chicken soup called White Tori. There’s so much to choose from!” ⸻ 💸 When it comes to money, we have to talk about it! “The price is calculated by weight, around 2.69 euros per 100 grams, which we scooped just the right amount and got a big bowl for only 13–14 euros. We were full just enough, didn’t have to pay a lot, and didn’t have any leftovers. So good!!!” ⸻ 📸 How was the atmosphere? “The shop is casual, easy to sit, has a bar to sit and eat quickly, but it’s well-organized and clean. The staff is also kind, they’ll help you choose if you’re dizzy.
