At 7:30 in the evening, under the recommendation of the owner of the guesthouse in Jieba Village, we quickly drove to China's oldest mountain village, Cuogao Village, which is 11 kilometers away. There are many wooden houses in Cuogao Village, but no one lives in them, and there is a small wetland nearby. Some people live next to it, and there are guesthouses, and it seems that there will be bonfires at night. The guesthouses and dining options in Jieba Village are plentiful. We chose a guesthouse with relatively good scenery and price to stay in. It was on the second floor, with views of the lake and snow-capped mountains. The price was over 300, which might also be because we missed the peak season a bit, so the price was quite good. You can park in the yard. The owner is very nice. Travel is worth it when you're on the road! Only by being there can you truly empathize and take it all in! The owner said that there are more than a dozen types of mushrooms in July, August, and September, but only a few types at other times.
