In 2008, hey decided to finally open it up to the public It covers an area of 7.1 ha and has a total construction area of 4.6 ha. More than 200,000 pieces of cultural relics and specimens are stored and displayed here. It got 7 galleries that featured different collections of curators. But the main collection featured on the museum are ethnic cultural relics. It got 4 floors plus basement.
