He was particularly fond of the mountain landscape of the existing digital sky base. So he started the land preparation planning in 2004 and obtained a legal construction license. In the spring of 2006, the main building was completed, and the interior decoration and external planting green and beautification work began. It was officially opened for business in early 2007.
