One-day cycling around Xuzhou

The city of Xuzhou during the holidays is really too congested. I recommend a cycling route that I like (also suitable for cars). It's great for taking kids out or meeting up with friends. The attractions are all near Fuli Avenue. You can reduce the route according to your own time. 🏍️Route: Xuzhou City - Oak Forest (Huangzangyu Longquan Temple) - Zhen Tou Temple - Grassland Village - Wuliu Wonderland - China Pomegranate Museum - Wanbei Sichuan-Tibet Line North Viewing Platform - Wanbei Sichuan-Tibet Line South Viewing Platform (Longji Mountain) 📍Oak Forest, navigate to Huangzangyu National Forest Park Longquan Temple. This is the filming location of Water Margin, and there is a small reservoir next to the oak forest. Now is the time when acorns are ripe, and you can hear the sound of fruit falling everywhere in the forest. Children can bring a basket 🧺 and they will definitely get a full harvest. 📍Grassland Village, you need to go through a small section of the mountain road to enter the village, which is now jokingly called the 'Grassland Sky Road' by many netizens. The top of the mountain is the best overhead shooting location. I think spring and autumn are the two most beautiful seasons here, with colorful forests and beautiful scenery. 📍Zhen Tou Temple, there are two ancient ginkgo trees in the temple, which are still very prosperous. There is a spring at the entrance, which nourishes a rice field. Unfortunately, the main hall has been abandoned, and the entire temple is a bit dilapidated. Just take a look when passing by. 📍Wuliu Scenic Area, among which Wuliu Wonderland charges 20 yuan/person. If you go there on a rainy day, the clouds and mist are really like a fairyland. There is also a pink beach inside where children can have fun digging sand, highly recommended. If you don't want to go in, you can ride a bike around the reservoir at the entrance of the scenic area and look at the scenery on the opposite side. 📍China Pomegranate Museum, it is free to visit from Tuesday to Sunday. It is the first museum in China with pomegranate as the theme, and the exterior is very magnificent. There are pomegranate products for sale on both sides of the road at the entrance, such as pomegranate juice, pomegranate wine, etc. 📍The Wanbei Sichuan-Tibet Line is divided into two sections, north and south. The north side is now under construction and cannot be reached. You can directly navigate to the Wanbei Sichuan-Tibet Line South Platform, which is the Longji Mountain section. There is a children's playground at the entrance, which looks quite large from the outside. This time I didn't bring Eleven, so I just skipped it. There are platforms for staying and taking pictures halfway up the mountain and at the top of the mountain. However, there were too many cars going there during the National Day, and there was a queue to go up the mountain. If you want to drive there, be sure to go early.
