Xidi - Ancient Anhui Village

About 40 km from the city of Huangshan in Anhui Province of China, the picturesque village of Xidi has a history for over 900 years. In 2000, Xidi was declared a part of the 'Ancient Villages in Southern Anhui' World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. Xidi Village is an original and well preserved traditional Chinese village that features Anhui-style architecture from Ming and Qing dynasty. There is enough local food and guesthouses for a perfect countryside trip! 📍How to get there? Take a bus from Huangshan station and get off at Xidi.
