Quality Flight at a Budget Price

Flew on ZIPAIR flight to and from Tokyo. Was expecting a scaled down service, but to my surprise, service quality doesn’t drop despite the budget pricing offering. Japanese live up to the standard by doing their very best in their job. They are also quick in dealing with my luggage issues as well at the airport. Definitely shall consider as one of the airlines to take if flying to Tokyo.
