Sanrio characters will be at D‧PARK from July 7 to 28 for the "D‧PARK ☆ Sanrio characters Midsummer Sports Festival", where 5 popular Sanrio characters Cinnamoroll, My Melody, Little Twin Stars, KeroKeroKeroppi, and Bad Badtz-Maru will join children in 10 sports challenges and carnival games, including "Obstacle Challenge", "Curling Master", "Speedy Reaction Challenge", "Extreme Cyclist", and "Football Skittles", etc., testing the little contestants' physical and mental abilities, and those who complete the challenges will even receive a limited edition sports gift pack. In addition to the sports challenge area, the carnival game zone also features 5 Sanrio-themed game booths, where both adults and children have the chance to win rich prizes, some of which are exclusive to the event, making it an opportunity Sanrio fans should not miss. If you want to train children's coordination and teach them the correct road safety awareness, during the Midsummer Sports Festival, there will also be BMW children's electric cars from the famous German car brand. Under the guidance of on-site instructors, children will learn driving and parking skills, and race on a futuristic track, becoming little racing champions. The experience is not only thrilling and fun but also educational! After completing the electric car experience, children will receive a certificate from BMW, leaving a beautiful memory. Similarly, the design of the electric car area will also feature Sanrio themes, allowing children to race with the popular Sanrio characters! Moreover, the venue has an inflatable trampoline, a pool full of balls, and slides for children to release their energy. Around the trampoline, there are also Sanrio character cardboard cutouts, allowing children to take photos with their favorite Sanrio characters as a keepsake! During the carnival, D‧PARK also sets up a hockey sports challenge station, where children can try stick handling and puck control through mini-games and simple matches, all led by coaches, to experience the fun of hockey and win rich prizes. In addition, D‧PARK has also specially invited two local hockey teams and members of the Hong Kong figure skating team to perform at the ice rink opening ceremony on July 18, allowing the audience to feel the intense excitement of hockey and figure skating up close!
