✍️Come here for blessings and fun during the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, the scenic area is less crowded but very distinctive. 🏞Donglin Temple, originally named Guanyin Hall, was founded in the first year of Yuan Dynasty (1308), with a history of 700 years. 💢After several ups and downs, wars and fires, the current temple was rebuilt and expanded in 2007 based on the characteristics of the ancient temples of the Yuan Dynasty. 💢Now Donglin Temple, looking around, is a Buddha Mountain spectacle adorned with golden colors. The 57-meter-high mountain body is like a Buddha with a crown on his head and his hand pointing to the east. 🌟Highlights of the scenic area: ✅Jinyuan Bridge, the whole bridge is made of copper, shining under the sun. Pass through the square, cross the Jinyuan Bridge, to reach the entrance of the temple. ✅Bell and Drum Tower, located in the east and west of the temple, made of copper, looks golden and brilliant. ✅Jinlian Pool, the wishing pool in the temple, in the middle is the statue of Shancai Tongzi, made of cloisonne, inlaid with enamel color material, can rotate 360 degrees, known as 'Donglin's unique'. ✅Guanyin Pavilion, inside is a thousand-hand Guanyin statue imitating the murals of the third cave of Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes in the Yuan Dynasty, with a total height of 34.101 meters and a width of 19.974 meters, which is the tallest indoor Guanyin statue in Asia. ✅Five Buddha Crown, take the elevator to the 7th floor, then go up to the top, you can closely observe this crown-like Buddha statue. ✅Main Hall, located on the east side of the temple, this is the only remaining Yuan Dynasty hall, a city-level cultural relics protection unit. 📌Small Tips: There is also a Donglin Square business circle next to Donglin Temple, you can go shopping. 📍Detailed address: No. 150, Donglin Street, Zhujing Town, Jinshan District 🚉Transportation: Convenient parking for self-driving.
