A Worthwhile Walkabout

If you have and can take the time, Guangfulin Relics Park is a worthwhile trip. It's located quite aways from downtown Shanghai in Songjiang District but the area is quite beautiful and farmland like in appearance. I went on a weekday in late February during Winter Break, shortly after Chinese New Year so even though there were quite a few people walking around the numbers were quite low. In turn this made you feel calm and want to stroll along at your own leisurely pace. You could also take pictures without other people around if wanted or holding others up waiting for you to take a picture with no people. It was fantastic to see for myself the buildings that look like they are floating on water and explore the surrounding land. It's also possible to take a boat ride around, eat a small lunch at KFC, and grab a coffee at Starbucks on the grounds. 😜😜😜 #staycation
