A tranquil winter wonderland: A deep tour of Pudacuo National Park

Exploring Pudacuo National Park is definitely a worthwhile trip! 🌟 As the first national forest park in our country, it gathers lakes, peaks and dense forests, and is a treasure trove of natural beauty! The scenery changes with the seasons, and Shudu Lake and Bitahai are the most shining pearls among them. 🌊 Take the scenic area's sightseeing car, and about 20 minutes later, you will arrive at Shudu Lake. It is rare to have such a vast lake in this alpine cold zone with an altitude of nearly 4000 meters. When winter comes, the lake is like a blue gem, covered with a thin layer of ice, and the trees by the lake are covered with snow, like a beautiful landscape painting. 🎨 There are three ways to visit Shudu Lake: take a sightseeing bus, walk along the lakeside plank road, or take a boat across the lake. I personally recommend walking along the 3.4-kilometer-long wooden plank road, so you can slowly appreciate the lake and mountains, and easily take beautiful photos. 📸 During the whole journey, you will enjoy a visual feast of lake and mountain views. The thin fog that often rises on the lake is like a light veil. When the weather is clear, the scenery is even more beautiful. Walk and shoot, about 1 hour, you can complete this wonderful journey, and then take the sightseeing car back to the entrance of the scenic area. 🚶‍♂️ In winter, Pudacuo is less noisy and more tranquil, and such an experience is really unforgettable. 🤫 Transportation guide: 1. About 22 kilometers from Shangri-La city, it takes about 30 to 40 minutes by car; 2. There is a bus directly to Pudacuo from Shangri-La Passenger Station, the fare is 15 yuan/person; 3. There is also a direct bus from Dukezong Ancient City, the fare is 15 yuan/person, but there are only two buses a day.
