The allotment garden @ Punggol Park is for aspiring gardeners to lease/rent a small plot of land/soil to grow their plants. There is a wide variety of plants and vegetables grown by different people, many gardening tools can also be seen. Most of the plants, not all.. are well cultivated and maintained and some fruits and vegetables are even ready to be harvested. For more Information, can check with NParks directly. Sometimes I also see a group of gardeners meeting and chatting while they intend to their own plants in the evening. A small cool and unknown spot for plant lovers!
