Prettiest Park in Tokyo - Shinjuku Gyoen

We had the opportunity to visit Shinjuku Gyoen during the early cherry blossom season, although most of the cherry blossoms tree hadn't bloomed yet, the park itself was incredibly beautiful. We were fortunate to see a few weeping cherry blossoms and Somei Yoshino trees in full bloom, although most of the Kawazu cherry blossoms had already withered. Since the Hanami season hadn't started yet, the park wasn't very crowded, and the spring weather was perfect for a picnic or even just taking a nap under the cherry blossom trees.
