The second I lay in the snow, I really returned to my childhood, with only simple and pure happiness! ✅About transportation ✈️Airplane There are few direct flights to Altay Airport, most will transfer in Urumqi, 🚞Train Altay Station/Beitun Station, the snow train y965 leaves at eleven at night, sleep overnight and arrive early the next day. 🛻Self-driving Driving to Hemu from Altay takes about 4.5 hours, it is recommended to charter a car or carpool in winter. ⚠️There will be a winding mountain road to Hemu, and if there is heavy snow on the mountain in winter, the road may be closed, this depends on luck, it is recommended to find a local driver familiar with the road conditions to charter or carpool, because I really saw too many self-driving cars stuck in the snow along the way 😂 ✅Hemu Village Tour 🔸Check-in spots: Hemu Bridge, the entrance of the village and Hemu River, Aid Xinjiang Bridge, casually take great snowscape photos. 🔸Climb to the Haden Viewing Platform for a panoramic view of Hemu Village, watch the sunrise, you can ride horses back and forth, 160💰/person. 🔸Jikepulin Ski Resort, a powder snow paradise, once you ski here you won't want to go anywhere else. 🔸If you can ride a horse, you must try the joy of galloping in the snow! We stayed at the Cezanne Art Homestay by the river in Hemu New Village, which is more mysterious and quiet compared to the old village. The owner is a very elegant sister, and the cats and dogs in the store are so cute, they will accompany you to watch the snow, welcome you back to the room, and the housekeeper will prepare breakfast according to your wake-up time. Waking up naturally every day in a small wooden house in the forest and snow, opening your eyes to the snow scene outside the window, having a hot breakfast, stepping out into the snow and listening to the crunching sound, strolling in the snow, taking photos, finding an afternoon tea to have a cup of coffee and daydreaming, these two days really healed me! 2️⃣For snow enthusiasts, stay as long as you can, because the powder snow in Jikepulin is really not enough! (Staying in the 300th place during a heavy snow day will be inconvenient, but the ski resort has enough food and drink) ⚠️A person from Wuhan overheated in Altay, brought a bunch of thick warm underclothes, and searched the streets for short sleeves, the indoors here are very warm, I was fine just wearing short sleeves, and when going out, a big cotton coat, hat, scarf, and gloves are enough, shoes should be waterproof and slip-resistant!
