A stone's throw away, yet still no chance to meet

I don't know how many times this has been, traveling thousands of miles only to find the destination closed. As an ordinary person, it's all too common to be turned away from visiting ancient sites and missing out on meals. There's no resentment here, as management has its difficulties, and individuals have their own desires. I've done my utmost personally, so I don't have too many regrets. 📷📷📷📷 As one of the top ten archaeological discoveries in China in 1993, the Liao Dynasty mural tombs in Xuanhua are quite significant. I remember being deeply impressed by the murals in Zhang Shiqing's tomb, which I saw in a documentary. This trip to Xuanhua, I went there with a glimmer of hope. As expected, it was not open to visitors. 🖼️🖼️🖼️🖼️ However, there was some accommodation, as tourists were allowed to wander around on the ground. So, it wasn't a complete waste of a trip 😂. Right beneath my feet were the exquisite fourth batch of national protected Liao Dynasty mural tombs, a stone's throw away, yet still no chance to meet.
