Maple Gardens @Kanchanaburi TH
#yearofrabbit #newyearadventure #thailand
Our first trip in 2023, and our first destination is Kanchanaburi, Thailand. Kanchanaburi is a town in western Thailand about 3-4 hours from Bangkok.
Kanchanaburi has many historical sites to visit, including the famous Death Railway and Erawan Falls, etc. and the newest attraction, Maple Gardens. We were amazed by how large these bottle gourds are.
The admission fee is 120 Thb per person. You can enjoy the beautiful flowers and Longgan trees, you can also eat longgan inside for free! However, you are not permitted to bring the longan outside, just eat it there!😁🫰💕 #tripblazers

Wild Wild Wet @ Erawan Falls
A peaceful respite from the bustle of Kanchanaburi lies the seven-tiered Erawan Waterfalls, reputed to be among the most beautiful in Thailand… difficulty of access is moderate, with the top few levels featuring an ‘unpaved’ path albeit with clear signage. Lifejackets are also available for rent should you wish to swim in the clear waters, or just soak your feet for a free fish pedicure! Getting there is easy with regular buses departing from Kanchanaburi Bus Station. Totally worth a day trip for the fresh air and wonderful vibes in Amazing Thailand! 🇹🇭

Most Famous Erawan Waterfalls
#bucketlistreboot #tripblazers #erawan #waterfalls #awesomepic Erawan National Park is one of the most famous National Parks in the country. The main attractions are the 7 Waterfalls of Erawan.
Getting there: We took the bis from Bangkok for 3 hours to Kanchanaburi and rented a scooter there to drive 2 hours to the Erawan Waterfalls. You can also get on the bus for 60 baht every hour but then you dont have the chance to stop along the way or even go to the Phratat Cave which is a hidden gem and included in the ticketproce of 300 baht. For thai mationals the entrance is only 100 baht.Make sure to come here during the raining season if you want to see the waterfalls loaded

Erwan water falls
Located in West Thailand in the Tenasserim Hills range of Kanchanaburi Province, it is home to one of the most popular falls in the country. Founded in 1975 as Thailand’s 12th National Park, it is covering an area of 550 km².
The major attraction of the park is the 7-tiered Erawan Falls with emerald green ponds. There are also several impressive and long caves within the park, some of them deeper inside the park, few of them along the roads around the park. The park and the falls are named after the three-headed white elephant of Hindu mythology. The top tier of the falls is said to resemble an elephant head.
Around 80% of the park is mixed deciduous forests and the rest on higher elevations deeper inside deciduous dipterocarp and dry evergreen forests. The park consists of limestone hills, plains and number of streams. Elevation is around 165 to 996 meters asl.
7 tiered waterfall next to Bangkok ✨
#songkran2024 #thailandtrip
The 7 tiered waterfall is located in Erawan National Park. The waterfall itself is one of the best waterfall in Thailand.
Erawan National Park is located in West Thailand - Kachanaburi Province. It’s easily accessible by public bus from Kachanaburi.
If you’re starting your way from Bangkok like myself - it’s 220km away and around 3 and a half hours drive.
There are plenty of private tours running daily from Bangkok to Erawan. The day tour costs anywhere between 1500-2500 Thai Baht per person.
The tour that I chose include visiting The Death Railway, The Bridge over Kwai River. And also JEATH MUSEUM.
The waterfall itself is definitely highlight of the tour. It’s 7 tiered - you have to trek/ hike up to get to the very top tier. No shorcuts - but definitely worth doing.
Every tier has its own vibe. One or two of the tiers are legit look like emerald green ponds. I’ve never seen waterfall THAT GREEN before and it’s indeed very inviting.
I’m quite sad that on that day we arrived quite late to the waterfall and we couldn’t spend as much time because of the closing time.
So if you’re going from Bangkok: definitely choose tour program that doesn’t put too much side itineraries and rather focusing more in the National Park Itself.
Last but not least - remember, if you managed to get to the 7th tier: YOU ARE THE CONQUEROR!
Happy travelling! 💕

Spa day at Erawan fall 🐟😆
#dreamvoyage My trip to Erawan Waterfall was like a natural spa day! As we dipped our feet into the crystal-clear water, tiny fish swarmed around, gently sucking and nibbling on our toes. It tickled at first, but soon it felt relaxing, like a soothing massage. The water was so clear, we could see all the fish swimming around us. It was like being in a tropical paradise!
Erawan Falls (Si Sawat-Tha Kradan)
The waterfalls at Erawan are absolutely incredible. So many tiers, so much beauty and plenty of beautiful trails too. While the waterfalls are known for having seven tiers, there are plenty of smaller cascades along the route too.Theres tons of fishes that will bite your toes but its not that harmful i was scared to be honest but later it felt like i was a mermaid swimming with the fishes.I pay 20 baht for the vest they wont allow anyone not to wear it for safety of everyone. U can also try their milktea and they have a souvenir shop i bought a elephant shirt 200 baht and shorts for 100 baht it is so cheap there than the other shops that i have been.#Bangkok #Erawanfalls

🏔️💦 It can be said that Erawan Waterfall is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Thailand, with its beauty created by nature. Water from Huay Mong Lai and Huay Mae Khamin flows together to become "Erawan Waterfall," which spans 1,500 meters from the bottom to the top.

Erawan multi tier waterfall
Erawan has 7 tiers of different waterfall. You can also rent a life jacket to swim in a few tiers. it’s worth going for hiking and enjoy the different tiers of beautiful waterfall. The walking path to the waterfall are paved up to tier 3. Tier 4 onwards will be trail road but it’s not difficult to walk. Entrance to Erawan National Park is 300 bhat for foreigners. Bike parking is 20 bhat, car parking is 30 bhat. It’s totally worth going to Erawan waterfall.
7 tiers waterfalls in National park!!
this is one of my favourite waterfalls in Thailand, even in Asia. it has 7 levels, and to get to the top tier which is the 7th, you need to either go hike through the trail or go through the forest nature trail and both are just lovely! today we got there by scooter, it took us around 1h5 driving from kanchanaburi to Erawan waterfalls! the ride itself was beautiful!
so for this waterfalls in Erawan national park, you need to pay 300 bhat for the entrance fee. it’s totally worth for the view and this amazing hike to the top layer. last night was heavy rain so once we got there, there were heavy water flow and the water is pretty brown. it’s not as pretty as in other times or in pictures, still the scale itself and the setting were breathtaking!
