Serene and calming place near Arashiyama
This Togetsu-kyo Bridge is near Arashiyama Train Station. To us, this place provides more calming feeling than the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove.
This is a perfect place to admire the beautiful landscape and have a cup of coffee. Sitting here and enjoy the sound of water made us feel so relaxed.
Since we came here in September, the leaves were still green.
We will come back another time to see the autumn 🍂 foliage which is supposed to be stunning in autumn.

Osaka Kyoto Nagoya 7-Day Family Trip, a must-visit for LEGO fans
Taking the kids to Osaka, Kyoto, and Nagoya for a 7-day trip, I'm here to share this Japan family travel guide with my rich experience. The itinerary covers theme parks, shopping streets, and ancient city attractions, ensuring a joyful and rewarding experience for the children.
Every day in Osaka involves exploring different shopping malls, experiencing Japanese pop culture. USJ is a must-visit, and it's advisable to book express passes in advance to avoid the queues. In Nagoya, we visited the much-anticipated LEGOLAND, where children can freely explore various themed areas.
When in the ancient city of Kyoto, take a small train to tour Sagano and experience the stunningly beautiful scenery of the bamboo forest and Togetsukyo Bridge. The various newly opened hotels are worth booking for an experience. The ubiquitous gourmet snacks also offer a feast for the taste buds.
This itinerary can satisfy a wide range of needs, whether for adults or children. I hope this 7-day Japan family trip experience can provide a reference for other families.

The Togetsukyo Bridge is a famous wooden bridge that can be found in Kyoto. To get here, it is pretty easy. You can take the JR train from kyoto station to saga arashiyama station. The views from this bridge is scenic and impressive. You can see water gushing down from the river and across you can see majestic mountains standing mighty and tall. Just absolutely stunning and pretty! It is relaxing taking a walk on this bridge and listening to the sound of water flowing. Peaceful and definitely worth a visit.
