Unforgettable Sailing Experience with an Amazing Crew
An absolutely fabulous day with Tina, Leigh, and Javier. Skipper Leigh expertly guided us to stunning coves perfect for a swim, snorkel, or paddleboarding session. We enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch paired with a refreshing glass of wine. The group onboard was fantastic, and we even extended our day ashore at Leigh’s favorite local spot. Thank you for an unforgettable sailing adventure from Puerto Pollensa!

A Perfect Family Getaway
We stayed from 28th July to 4th August 2026, and the hotel was lovely—just perfect for our family of three. Our deluxe studio with a rooftop spa bath area was incredible; we enjoyed our own private spot to sunbathe and cool off. While we didn’t use the pool, the kids there seemed to be having a great time, and there were no "sunbed wars" to worry about!
The small bar served drinks and snacks, with indoor and outdoor seating, plus a pool table and vending machine. Our room was cleaned every other day with fresh towels provided. It was equipped with self-catering facilities and even had two fridges—one in the room and another on the roof terrace.
If you’re looking for a quiet, well-located base with a relaxing vibe, this is the place for you. Puerto Pollensa was beautiful, and we’ll definitely be back! We also traveled with Jet2, and everything went smoothly with them too.

Fantastic Stay at Cabot Las Velas
We had an amazing stay at Cabot Las Velas. The property is spotless and welcoming, but it's the outstanding team here that truly sets it apart.
The Apartment & Amenities:
· Great Layout: The two-floor setup was fantastic! The top floor featured extras like extra seating, a second fridge, and a hot tub.
· Comfort & Kitchen: The apartment is simple but very cozy, and the kitchen is decently equipped with utensils.
· Surprise Perks: The shower worked well, and the hairdryer provided was exceptionally good—rare for holiday rentals!
· The Pool: Though small, the pool was pleasant, and the lifeguard was both friendly and proactive about discouraging annoying towel-hogging behavior.
The Standout Staff:
The reception team is delightful, and we’d return just for them!
· Frances: A heartfelt thank you for your helpfulness, friendliness, and kindness when my daughter wasn’t feeling well.
· Xisco: Thank you for your endless patience and warm demeanor. You both are fantastic representatives of Las Velas!
· Bonus Hotel Access: Guests can make use of the gym and enjoy evening entertainment at the nearby Cabot Hotel & Spa, which also shines with great service.
Top Tips for Your Stay:
· Self-Catering: Bring or purchase dishcloths, washing-up liquid, and basic cleaning items.
· Shopping: The nearest supermarket is an easy 10-minute walk and has everything you need.
· Puerto Pollensa: A stunning area with gorgeous beaches and breathtaking views.
· Activities: Don’t miss the blue caves boat trip—it’s a must!
· Beach Loungers: Renting loungers is worth it. You get a parasol and a secure safe for your belongings.
· Dining: Restaurants along the beachfront can vary in quality and are a bit pricey, but the views make it worthwhile overall.
We’d love to come back!

Wonderful Stay at PortBlue Club Hotel
We had an incredible 12-night stay at the PortBlue Club Hotel in Puerto Pollensa. The hotel itself is perfect, boasting a large site with excellent amenities like a great gym, spa, and a fantastic pool. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our visit. Eva cleaned our room daily and went above and beyond, kindly helping us search for our son’s bunny when we thought it was lost.
We stayed in the Magna, which was very clean and also included a small garden room. Next year, we plan to upgrade to one of the larger suites. While all the staff were lovely, Eva’s friendly manner, constant smile, and helpfulness stood out. Leaving was bittersweet, as it marked the end of a truly memorable holiday. Without a doubt, we’ll be booking again for next year!

Exceptional Stay with Friendly Staff and Comfortable Amenities
We stayed here for 12 nights in June and had a fantastic experience. All the staff were professional and extremely friendly 👌 The cleaners did an outstanding job. The new mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and the fresh bedspread was delightful. Usually, we book and pay a deposit for the following year before leaving, but this time, we couldn't as the new price list wasn't available. With the beautiful weather we've had at home, we might opt for a staycation next year. The only change I’d suggest for Sis Pins is replacing the shower-over-bath setup with a walk-in shower and providing larger bath towels. Hopefully, we'll return 🤞🤞

Tranquil Stay with Great Service and Dining Options
Prinsotel Mal Pas Alcudia was just what we needed to recharge. The hotel offered a peaceful atmosphere and had four authentic Spanish restaurants within walking distance. The food was excellent, with a great breakfast selection and freshly ground coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Pau at reception and Miguel in the restaurant. Although the rooms were basic, they were clean and had enough storage space. A kettle for evening tea would have been nice, but the mini fridge kept drinks cold. The hotel bar provided a good variety of drinks at reasonable prices—€7 for an Aperol spritz, for example. The accommodation is great value, located 2 km from Alcudia old town, which is about a 30-minute walk. A taxi to Puerto Pollensa costs €20 for those looking for more activity. We would definitely return! ☀️

A Fantastic Hotel Experience Worth Revisiting
We have stayed at Hotel Miramar multiple times over the years and always find ourselves returning because the hotel, its location, and the staff are simply outstanding. The resort of Puerto Pollenca is equally amazing, offering numerous excellent restaurants and bars. I highly recommend Hotel Miramar and will definitely be back!

Wonderful Holiday in Puerto Pollensa
Pros: Puerto Pollensa is truly stunning, with its charming small beaches along the pine walk, its old buildings, and the authentic feel of the area. Rooms have been recently upgraded and include a large king bed and a spacious pull-out sofa bed complete with a cozy mattress. The pool area near the main building is notably deep at 2.5m, providing lots of fun for both kids and adults, and there’s also a shallow kids’ pool available. The water in both the pool and the sea felt like a soothing bath at this time of year. A mix of nationalities stayed here, with plenty of English guests, which made it easier for our children to make friends. Floaties were allowed in the pool, much to the kids’ excitement, and music added to the lively atmosphere throughout the day. Drinks and food were very budget-friendly, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Luciano, the entertainment coordinator, was absolutely outstanding with his vibrant energy and entertaining personality.
Cons: Unfortunately, there was a serious ant issue in the room, with ants visibly trekking through the ceiling, into cupboards, and even all over the towels in the bathroom, which made storing food quite challenging. The cleanliness overall was inconsistent, with room cleaning being limited to quick surface wipe-downs. We only had cleaning services on about four of the seven days we stayed. In addition, some areas around the pool felt less clean than expected. Despite these issues, they didn’t greatly impact our holiday experience. It was a fantastic trip in total. While the hotel is solid, it might be closer to a 3-3.5 star rating.

Excellent Seafood Paella and Wonderful Service
I went for the first time by chance and would return again every day if I could. The seafood paella was outstanding, with perfectly cooked rice. The staff, including Vicente and Jordi, were two very attentive and friendly Valencians. I visited on a Monday three weeks ago, and I will definitely be back.

Beautiful Spot for a Holiday Walk
Beautiful location and a great place to visit or take a walk while on holiday here. The pine trees provide excellent shade on hot days. Along the pine walk, you'll find some great swimming spots and breathtaking scenery.

Wonderful Stay at La Goleta
We had an incredible time at La Goleta. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Our stay was in one of the superior sea view rooms, which was both cozy and featured a delightful balcony. Breakfast had a fantastic variety to choose from. The hotel's location is ideal, situated in a quieter part of Puerto Pollenca. We will absolutely be coming back.

Outstanding Service from Hotel Staff
The treatment received from all the hotel staff was excellent. Especially the pool staff, with a special mention of Manolo, who was always attentive and cheerful. It is greatly appreciated to feel so at home.

Perfect Spot for Nightly Relaxation
We’ve been visiting the Lemon Lounge every night, and it’s simply perfect. The views and live music here are unparalleled compared to anywhere else in the area. The staff are incredibly friendly, making it easy to stay here for hours. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Puerto Pollensa!

Rescued Stay with Amazing Staff and Stunning Suite
We fled a terrible hotel nearby and came to Daina in search of a room. Marta and Fabiana at reception were lifesavers and went above and beyond during our stay. They allowed us to view several rooms before booking, making the whole process smooth after a rough experience at the prior hotel. We chose a suite on the first floor, and it was breathtaking—spacious, spotless, and with a classic Parisian feel. The hotel bar is the best spot along the port, the breakfast buffet ranks among the best I’ve had, and the pool and views were delightful. All the staff were fantastic, and I highly recommend this place!

Exceptional Service and Relaxing Atmosphere
A thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable evening with outstanding service, especially from Marta. She greets you warmly and guides you to your table. We make it a point to visit the Lemon Lounge every year when we come to Puerto Pollensa and cannot recommend it highly enough!

Fantastic Stay at the Daina!
Just back from our stay at the Daina, and it was simply fabulous! From start to finish, the staff were incredibly welcoming, beyond what we could have hoped for. Our room, with its stunning view, was modern and impeccably maintained. The breakfast spread offered a great variety, and Manolo at the pool bar was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t think twice about recommending this hotel to anyone.

Wonderful Stay in a Charming Hotel
We recently spent 5 nights at this lovely, small hotel situated on the square. Many years ago, back when we were younger, this building used to serve as the social club for the locals. We stayed in room 204, which offered a beautiful view of the church. The bed was large and comfortable, the shower was good, and fresh towels were provided daily when needed.
The rooftop was a gem, featuring sun beds and a plunge pool for relaxation. Breakfast, included with our stay, offered a great variety and was a delight to enjoy alfresco, all while watching Puerto Pollenca wake up to a new day.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the check-in process at The Daina was smooth and straightforward. We would gladly return for another stay!

Fantastic Sailing Adventure in Puerto Pollensa
We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon with Leigh and Javier aboard Tina. Leigh shared fascinating stories about the boat, weaving in entertaining tales about life at sea and on land. At our first stop at anchor, lunch and drinks were provided in generous portions and were delicious. There were ample chances for swimming, snorkeling, and walking the plank at two sheltered anchor spots.
After the first stop, Leigh and Javier hoisted the sails—a rare treat on tourist boats, even in ideal wind conditions. It was refreshing to sail without the engine running. All in all, this was an outstanding trip—one of the best experiences I've had during my six years of visiting Puerto Pollensa.

Exceptional Hotel with Perfect Location
The Miramar boasts a fantastic location on the Pine Walk. The hotel itself is charming, traditional, and well-maintained. My preferred room is the superior sea view with a spacious balcony, and it seems they’ve all been recently upgraded—ours definitely was. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the atmosphere relaxed and peaceful. Though I’ve tried other hotels in Puerto Pollensa, I always find my way back to this one. I’ve already booked for next year and hope to squeeze in another visit this year. Highly recommend the Miramar!

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
My wife and I read great reviews about the hotel and decided to travel from New York for a 7-day stay. We had an amazing time—delicious food, beautiful facilities, a fantastic location, and friendly, accommodating staff. Highly recommended!

Lovely Stay with Great Staff & Minor Sunbed Issues
What a delightful hotel. Spotlessly clean, excellent accommodation, fantastic location, and most importantly, incredible staff. They were friendly and helpful, particularly the restaurant team, who went above and beyond in assisting with my vegetarian options. Thank you for your attentiveness and effort in enhancing my experience.
My only minor criticisms involve the sunbed situation. Although the policy states that reserving beds before 8 a.m. is not allowed, towels were already laid out by around 7 a.m., and they were never removed despite the rule. It was frustrating to return after a couple of hours and find no beds available, even though some remained unused with towels on them. Perhaps implementing a booking system or restricting access to the area until 8 a.m. could help.
Additionally, the sunbed design wasn’t ideal—the bars on the sides required an awkward maneuver to get off, forcing one to slide down to the end. This led to bruises on the backs of my legs, and I noticed others experiencing the same issue.
Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for providing a memorable experience! 😊

A Luxurious Yet Traditional Stay with Stunning Views
The hotel is nestled in a picturesque location, offering a panoramic view of Pollença Bay with the Tramuntana Mountains as a backdrop. Every room I’ve stayed in has offered a great view. Check-in was smooth and handled professionally; Santi, who greeted us, was very welcoming and spoke excellent English.
Breakfast features a wide buffet selection, with the added pleasure of dining each morning on the terrace overlooking the bay—a rare treat among hotel breakfasts. Choosing the half-board option is worth it, as dinner was consistently excellent with a variety of dishes that never felt repetitive.
The hotel’s facilities are another highlight, offering multiple pools, a tennis court, and a spa. Being close to the seafront, the sunbeds are merely steps from the sea. For those eager to explore, the hotel’s location is ideal—a 15-minute walk along the famed Port de Pollença pine walk, with a nearby bus stop providing access to Alcúdia or the Cap de Formentor, home to stunning viewpoints and charming coves.
All in all, Hotel Illa d’Or is a beautiful, luxurious stay that still feels traditionally Mallorcan. The staff are friendly and always ready to help.

Highly Knowledgeable Paddle Boarding Experts
Hannah and Miguel run an excellent operation in Puerto Pollenca, bringing extensive expertise in paddle boarding, from lessons to maintenance and ocean insights. I've joined their sunrise paddles twice—though a storm affected the first, this year's outing was blessed with great weather and proved to be an incredible experience. I highly recommend The Mallorca SUP Company, whether you're looking to rent a board, take a lesson, or join one of their trips.

Breathtaking Views at Mirador de Sa Creueta
Mirador de Sa Creueta, nestled in the Tramuntana Mountains near Formentor Cape in north-east Mallorca, offers stunning scenery. This splendid lookout reveals the sea, cliffs, and mountains, and is also called "Mirador Es Colomer" due to the sea stone named "Colomer." Accessible by car, it's just a short walk to reach the viewpoint. The scenery here is truly spectacular—arguably among the best on the island!

Relaxing Stay with Stunning Views
We loved spending a week here! It was different from the large hotels we usually choose, but the relaxed atmosphere, absence of kids, stunning location, and breathtaking views made it a delight. Sitting on the terrace overlooking the sea and taking a dip whenever we needed to cool down was absolutely wonderful.
The food was average, but we had no major complaints. Not having water replenished in the room was a bit of an adjustment, but we got used to refilling bottles at the bar. A great suggestion would be to add water or ice stations on each floor. Entertainment was as expected, although some piano music in the lounge after dinner would have been a nice touch. One evening, a lady performed violin outside, which we found really enjoyable.
We took a taxi to Puerto Pollensa for about £15, and it was definitely worth the visit. There were plenty of lovely restaurants, and we had a fantastic meal. Skipping the bus due to the heat proved to be the right choice. Oh, and we absolutely loved seeing the goats! We would not hesitate to return for another relaxing holiday.

A Truly Impeccable Hotel Experience
This is our favorite hotel, flawless in every aspect with fabulous, friendly staff—every single one of them. It’s immaculately clean throughout. We can’t praise it enough! The hotel has a charming modern twist on an old-world grand style, and we absolutely love it. The fantastic sea view rooms and lovely patio area for drinks are delightful. There’s also a sunbed area right by the sea with a shallow, easy walk into the water. It’s simply the perfect place!

Miramar: A Perfect Seaside Retreat
We adore everything about the Miramar—its prime beachfront location, the inviting atmosphere, the fantastic sun deck, and the friendly staff. What more could we ask for? It's a testament to the hotel’s quality that both staff and guests often come back year after year. We sincerely hope they continue their outstanding work.

Lovely Traditional Hotel with Perfect Location
This is the best hotel in Puerto Pollenca. The location is ideal, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, and the sea view rooms offer stunning views of the bay. We've already reserved our stay for next year.
