Tucked away in the middle of a forest in a quaint town called Hue in Vietnam is an abandoned dragon shaped water park on a lake. You can get here by motorbike or taxi and is usually free entry although the security guard is sometimes known to not let people in. The views from the very top are amazing because you can get inside the dragons mouth which is very unique. The surrounding lake and forest is beautiful and features a path all the way along for people who enjoy a walk through a calm nature area. #hue #Vietnam
A unique Dragon Structure in Vietnam
Hồ Thủy Tiên (Thuy Tien Lake) is a smallish natural lake located about 8km south of Hue’s Imperial City. An old entertainment complex that nowadays is abandoned.
Here you can find the famous dragon structure.
The park is currently open and unattended – we had no trouble moving around as we wished. You can even climb a staircase to the top of the dragon’s head.
The entrance fee is around 1$ each, no proper tickets are given, since is not a legal activity. The guard that should take care of the area accepts 1$ to let you visit the dragon. #Vietnam #hue

It is one most of the mysterious abandoned park in Southeast Asia that attracted thousands of international tourists especially from western countries for exploration of its creepy beauty.
The giant magnificent dragon sculpture is an iconic symbol of Hue Abandoned Water Park. When I walk inside to the dragon via the bridge walkaway, I feel like it is the scenes of Stephen King’s movie, its so horror & scares.
Walk cautiously inside the dragon because there are breaking glass on the ground. The graffiti walls inside the dragon made the atmosphere even more darkness.

The last monarch dynasty of Vietnam is also the dynasty ruled by the Nguyen royal family. This tomb belongs to the second last Emperor Khai Dinh of Vietnam, who ruled Vietnam from 1916 to 1925. The tomb was not completed upon his death, but only in 1931 during Emperor Bao Dai's reign who is also the last Emperor of Vietnam. The mausoleum is mainly designed based on the porcelain art with the statue erected directly above his tomb. The Tomb of The 12th Emperor!
#celebratewithtrip
Khai Dinh Tomb is a part of the Complex of Hue Monuments, recognized as World Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1993. It is located in Chau Chu Mountain about 10km away from Hue City, Vietnam. It is the burial place of the 12th emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty. It is the longest built, most expensive, most sophisticated and the strangest of all 7 royal tombs in Hue. This historical attraction is accessible by every vehicle. We rented a motorbike going there since it is the most convenient and cheaper way in Vietnam. The weather was chilly which was comfortable to explore Hue City. It is one of the most interesting cities in Vietnam in terms of culture and traditions.
