🇩🇪 Had a really nice dinner 🍻 .. it&rsquo;s fun, warm Bavarian-style vibe. (Bavarian culture comes from southern Germany, especially Bavaria, and it&rsquo;s known for hearty food, beer, traditional outfits, and a very cozy beer-hall atmosphere.) You can feel a bit of that here, especially with the staff dressed in traditional outfits, which made the experience feel more authentic.For food, we ordered:1. Backhendlteile Steirer Art (fried chicken pieces) &mdash; really crispy and tasty. The potato cucumber salad on the side was fresh and balanced the fried chicken nicely.2. Haxe (pork knuckle) &mdash; very hearty and filling. Crispy outside, soft and tender inside. Definitely a classic German dish to try.3. Wiener Kalbsschnitzel (veal schnitzel) &mdash; also really good. Light crispy coating, and the cranberry + lemon made it less heavy and more flavorful.We also tried the beer from the wooden barrel, which matched the food really well and added to the whole Bavarian dining experience.Overall, good food, nice hospitality, lively atmosphere, and a very enjoyable dinner. Great place if you want to try classic German/Bavarian food in Berlin without it feeling too formal. Would happily come back again.

a ten minute walk from the train and we were in food heaven.  the mixed grill was wunderbar. Such a large portion,  well cooked and great value for money. hugely recommended.
