Very clean and modern restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very rich seafood menu. Food was amazing, big portions, very tasty. Price was fair. Liqueurs offered by the staff at end of dinner. Highly recommended. Easy parking in front of the restaurant. Just outside of the restaurant there is a nice promenade by the sea.

Giacomo is an excellent chef and suoer host. His staff is well trained, efficient and very friendly, and the food is excellent. Highly recommended.

The pasta was divine, the meats tender and flavorful, and the desserts simply heavenly. The wine list is impressive, featuring excellent local selections. Service was impeccable&mdash;friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The cozy ambiance, combined with the outstanding food, made this one of the best meals we&rsquo;ve had in Italy. Highly recommend for an authentic and memorable dining experience!

This lovely, small local restaurant in the countryside offers top-notch gourmet dining at prices that are reasonable given the quality of food.  They provided complimentary sparkling wine, amuse bouche (4), palate cleanser and small after dessert small bite desserts (4) with our three course meal.  The flavors of all the food were heavenly and the service was excellent without being overly formal.     My sister and I had a wonderful culinary adventure we will long remember.

Quirky decor. Lovely that there was no television and loud background music. An interesting menu. The food dropped a star as the tagliatelle was slightly overcooked and the paccheri slightly undercooked. The fish dishes were tasty and the beef stracotto was  well executed. Our waiter was very attentive.

Great location with view at the beach and the Adriatic sea. A warm welcome by the host. Enjoyed the lunch of 5 appetizers and a &lsquo;seconde&rsquo;. The cheff suprised us with a variety of little fish dishes, each with its own great flavours and beautifully presented. The relaxed atmosphere en great staff made this lovely lunch complete!

We have been to Follia Beach several times and it never fails to disappoint! It&rsquo;s one of our favourite restaurants and we travel 2hours each way to come here.The staff are always friendly, the ambience relaxed and the service excellent. The creativity and imagination in the dishes is exciting and Follia Beach is consistently the best seafood restaurant we&rsquo;ve found, so we keep coming back!

Wonderful setting! The outside patio is nice and airy with lovely oversized umbrellas. The menu is creative and a tasty offering of seasonal flavors.

Black truffles are abundant in and near Furlo, so the restaurant emphasizes them in three primo piatti of traditional, carefully prepared style on housemade pasta. Lovely homemade breads and local salume. Knowledgable service.

The restaurant is in a medievil cellar below a former Palazzo which now houses the museo anticho and the municipio di Genga. It cannot get any more romantic and atmospheric. The food was excellent. The service was also very good even if the proprietor could crack a friendly smile every once in a while.

Lovely restaurant in a beautiful and spotlessly clean little Umbrian hill town. There are tables outside under an arcade, so cool on the hot evening. Outstanding for Slow Food aficionados: everything is local and cooked with great care and attention to detail. Two different menus: Umbrian traditional and gourmet. Good wine list featuring excellent local makers. We&#39;ve been here several times before and they just keep getting better and better. Kind and attentive service.
