The service and food were excellent. The very one problem we had was our booking was not logged with the restaurant even though I had two confirmation emails from the Fork to say our booking was confirmed. Clearly it was not

The food was brilliant, especially the signature burger which received a 10/10 from my table. The staff, particularly Allison, were attentive and made our visit memorable.

This pub is a hidden gem! The food quality is top-notch, especially the desserts. The staff made us feel very welcome, and we enjoyed a lovely meal on the patio.

Nice table by the window, good service from helpful waitress. Food could have been hotter and my fishcakes a little dry but overall all 4 of us enjoyed our lunch. The lunch menu is well priced.

Another wonderful meal ,  Its always a pleasure to visit as you know the food will be good and tasty. Hope the dishwasher is getting better!!

Celebrating a birthday here was a blast! Abby&#39;s impeccable service for our large group made the occasion even more special. Highly recommend for group celebrations!

I didn&#39;t realise when booking that this was actually the on-site restaurant/canteen for a retirement village, although they do accept bookings from the general public.

Callum and Tracy looked after us, giving us a great welcome and service as we celebrated a family birthday. Couldn&#39;t have asked for a better place or nicer people. Dog friendly too!

One of our party had dry Turkey and i noticed it was the last cutting of left on the meat, She should have taken it back and got some of the new Turkey which came out after.Other than that everything else food wise was good and we all enjoyed.We will book again for a lunch time meal!John.

I often used the Fox as a staging post between Essex and Hampshire. Now I live in Cambridgeshire, it was a perfect stop on the way to Heathrow!We were a party of four; the atmosphere is still as lovely ; the food exceptional; the service warm and attentive.Each member of my family party enjoyed it greatly, sending my street cred soaring for my knowledge of good places to dine!It is a lovely place which I am greatly pleased to know!
