Despite being busy, the staff managed to provide amazing service, and the food was delicious. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail from the servers.

We have been dining at this Restaurant for a long time, Food is excellent, plenty of it, and both kichen and front of house staff are professional, ultra helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

We had an early meal before the concert we were going to.  We had a small plate, brichetta, always very good and a tiramisu, to follow both excellent and  served very quickly,.  The waitress was very pleasant and efficient.

The food here is consistently delicious, and the staff are always helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant dining experience every time.

Love to refurb at the Formby Toby Carvery. The staff are amazing and service excellent. Always plenty of good choices to choose from and food is cooked to perfection.

The restaurant has a fantastic location close to Liverpool One, making it a convenient choice for a meal out. The gastro pub food is delicious and well-prepared.

The vegetarian sunday dinner and the beef sunday dinner were excellent.Bit disappointed there was no cauliflower cheese avaiable at 6.30 pm and the Ham&amp;cheese pie apparently lacked flavour. Portions were generous, desserts excellent and staff excellent. A few tweaks and the star rating would be higher.

The service at this restaurant is exceptional! Theresa was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our dining experience enjoyable.

I had the most wonderful French toast here&mdash;I would highly recommend it. The staff were absolutely lovely and very friendly.

Lovely restaurant, great choice of drinks and chef couldn&#39;t be more helpful. Food was very good quality. Really enjoyed it! Just a little further out but only 5mins walk.

Been to several places recently for lunch,non have been particularly good ,had a carvery last week in  Ellesmere Port. I don&#39;t know how they had the nerve to serve it. I had been to the Toby Inn many years ago,and it was always excellent,so suggested we try it this week . It was absolutely marvellous. Could not fault it at all. We will be back next week for certain.Would definitely recommend  to anyone.Excellent food,good service, sensibly priced.
