A great first taste of Hakodate. Situated at the market, and easy to find. The uni was so fresh and creamy it melts in your mouth.Will definitely come back if I&rsquo;m back at Hakodate again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of sushi available, and the unique toppings made for an interesting dining experience.

For the price, the quality of sushi here is unbeatable. It&#39;s hard to find such fresh and delicious sushi at this value anywhere else, especially in a city like Tokyo.

The oysters are remarkably large, and the live octopus presentation at the table offers a truly unique and skillfully executed dining experience.

Run by a lovely couple. After ordering you can choose your own match bowl and watch the matcha ceremony. Had the hot matcha set with pudding. It came with a small scoop of sorbet too. Lovely winter and Christmas vibes and a good place to warm up before hitting the Christmas scene and shopping at Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse.
