I had a wonderful time at Bar Rouge, where the view over the city was simply fantastic. The drinks were great, and the staff provided excellent service throughout the evening.

When we arrived we waited a good 5 minutes while 3 serving staff basically ignored us even though we had booked. One eventually told us to sit anywhere. My son had a burger and chips which he said was good. I had the homemade roast beef. The roast beef was excellent but it was placed under and enormous salad which was then drenched in oil.  The roast beef was soggy because of the oil. This was a shame as I wanted to enjoy the beef with the tartar sauce which came with it. There were too many olives on the plate as well. We were informed there was no icecream on the menu even though the Movenpick stall outside continued to serve icecreams.

Some interesting dishes and some others that were not quite working for me. Just personal taste, not being a fan of mousse

Wholesome food, good portion sizes at a fair price, friendly service - not much more you can ask for in Neuchatel (or Switzerland generally).  Location may not suit everyone because its a bit of a walk outside the centre - but was fine for us.

I had a wonderful experience at this Indian restaurant! The butter chicken was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

The food was good, the staff was great, they als sell some homemade stuff that tastes pretty great, greatly recommend!

We had a delicious and relaxing lunch. The server explained anything we had questions about on the menu in English since the menu was in French. She chose us an amazing local red wine. The kitchen split our appetizer to two plates since we were sharing which was nice. The fish I ordered was perfectly cooked and the crispy skin was delightful. We had a wonderful time!

I was impressed by the beautiful modern design of the restaurant and cafe. It creates a lovely atmosphere for enjoying meals.
