An Unforgettable Evening at Acquolina!!!We had the pleasure of experiencing an extraordinary evening at the 2-star Michelin restaurant Acquolina. The food was a true masterpiece &ndash; innovative, creative, and crafted with impeccable skill. Each of the nine courses was a small work of art, impressing not only with its flavors but also with its stunning presentation.The service was outstanding, attentive, and took the time to explain the preparation and concept behind each dish in detail. A special highlight was the perfectly paired wine accompaniment &ndash; surprising, diverse, and flawlessly matched to the courses.Having already enjoyed an evening at another Michelin-starred restaurant in Rome, this evening at Acquolina exceeded all of our expectations. For us, it&rsquo;s simply the best restaurant in Rome &ndash; an absolute must for any food lover!A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for this unique experience!

Fascinating!Came in for lunch and had the whole place to ourselves.Outstanding service and the food was an adventure.Highly recommended

First and foremost, both their service and food were impeccable and excellent. The view from the restaurant was unbelievably impressive. However when we got there, all of the window tables were occupied. Yet when one of the tables became open sometime later on, they offered us to move to the window table where we could see Colosseum right in front of us. That made us extremely happy! They also celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary by providing a beautiful dessert which made us even more happy! Thanks to them, we had a really memorable and wonderful time. Thank you very much!

Excellent experience.  We ordered a la carte and found all the dishes creative and tasty without being precious.  Slight downgrade on the service only because our server for the mains did not remember which of us ordered what dish. Otherwise, the service was friendly and helpful.

If you&#39;re looking for a fine dining experience in Rome, La Terrazza is a must-visit. The combination of exceptional food, attentive service, and breathtaking views makes it worth every penny. Don&#39;t miss the tiramisu; it&#39;s a highlight!
