Try the carbonara di mare, it&#39;s heaven on a plate, especially washed down with a good glass of cold Lugana wine. The service is timely, polite and impeccable.

Very very friendly service. The restaurant seems to be specialized in meats and they delivered a really nice fiorentina steak which was tender and flavorful.

A bit out of town and worth the effort. Food was classic with a perfect balance of flavors. No mark up on wine, which surprised us because they have small grower wines that are not widely distributed.

Our visit  at Radici was on a day on which the rain did not. Opening the door to the restaurant we were invited into a very nicely decorated room. The five course dinner was excellent and a perfect match to an autumn day. The acompanying wines were well selected and supported the respective course perfectly.

This restaurant is a must-visit in Milan! The atmosphere is great, and the food is delicious. Be sure to make a reservation to secure your spot.

Fantastic restaurant with beautiful decor, great service and excellent food. Strictly for meat lovers though as there is a display case holding meat - which makes for a stunning visual feature  but not for vegetarians ! This restaurant is a real gem and I would highly recommend it.

Cured meats and cheese were sublime. Really really nice. Same thing for the fillet with local handpicked porcini mushrooms. A little disappointed with the dessert, which was clearly made with passion and love but was a bit old, hard and tasteless.

My dinner at HLB was a wonderful conclusion to a month-long visit to Italy. The last portion of my trip I was solo, so I always experience a little apprehension over that.  At HLB, staff welcomed me and provided courteous and attentive service. Because I was in Milan, I opted for Risotto alla Milanese and it did not disappoint. The rice was done perfectly al dente (which I can&rsquo;t seem to replicate at home) and the saffron flavor delicious. That was followed by an expertly cooked, and tender, sliced entrec&ocirc;te steak. Mouthwatering! My meal was accompanied by a half bottle of hearty red wine (several were available to pick from), to compliment a very satisfying meal. Grazie mille!

This restaurant offers an incredible variety of dishes, from delicious focaccia to expertly prepared pasta. The staff is attentive and friendly, making every visit enjoyable.

We came here second time as well, to get Carbonara, drink some wine and enjoy desserts. We left satisfied, completely full and happy with time well spent. You may expect authentic Italian atmosphere. Equip yourself with Google translate if you don&rsquo;t speak/understand basic Italian and enjoy it.

I had the best octopus here, and the sardines were a fantastic start. This restaurant truly knows how to prepare seafood!

The food quality is exceptional, especially the grilled octopus and beef cheek with saffron mashed potatoes. The attention to detail in both service and cuisine is commendable.

Fabulous authentic little spot , the ma&icirc;tre de remembered our email conversation .They had my table waiting complete with my name tag on it . Excellent wine advice . Best of all the left over pizza saved me on the long train to Florence 👍

I selected this restaurant because I wanted to eat some red meat after spending two weeks at the ligurian coast. It didn&#39;t dissapoint.My meat was excellent and well prepared. The rosemary potatoes were crispy and flavorful and my tiramisu was just prepared after I ordered. Our server was friendly, patient with our bad Italian and the prices were more than fair.I truly recommend this place.
